The location of the hotel is good, you can see Vanderbilt University from the window, and it only takes 5 minutes to walk to Vanderbilt University, including waiting for the red light. The room is clean, comfortable and spacious. It is a suite with a living room. Fully equipped kitchen. The unexpected surprise is that the hotel has a free dinner before 7:00 p.m. The dishes are simple, including salad, cheese, local porridge and fried rolls, etc., but there is free flow of beer and red wine, as well as live performances by singers. It is indeed a city of music hotel. The hotel provides coffee and boiled water for free all day, but there is no free bottled water.

Would love to give this hotel 5 stars as the hotel is very clean and nice, all of the staff are amazing, the breakfast is great and the rooms are very big and comfortable. The location is about 4 longs blocks from Broadway and there is a great restaurant called Pucketts about 2 blocks away. The biggest downside to this hotel is its location by Rosa Parks Highway. Every night (all night long) we were constantly being woken up by street racers, crotch rockets, motorcycles, sirens, loud pipes, etc. One night there were even drag races going on. It was so loud that I could still hear all of it through my noise cancelling ear plugs. At 3:00 AM the garbage trucks pick up trash along Church Street and that could be heard by all the rooms. We stayed Wednesday night through Monday morning and sadly there was never a quiet night.
