The workers were friendly for the most part and the facility was not bad. My boyfriend And I stayed reserved a room for three nights. I guess since we were staying three nights, housekeeping wasn’t supposed to clean our room, which was fine. We didn’t mind, but I went down And asked a staff member for fresh towels, and sheets. As I was changing the sheets, I spotted a huge bedbug!! So I got to looking In the Mattress found three Iive bedbugs. I killed them myself and showed them to the lady at the desk. Obviously, I got really freaked out and could not sleep for the rest of the night. I finally gave up trying to sleep and just checked out at 5am. I would’ve left early than that, but I did not want to be out in that part of Nashville so early in the morning so I waited Until daylight before I left. The staff member did not offer to give me a new room or refund my money. She said she Let her boss know. She Didn’t even try to apologize on behalf of the Hotel. I’m very disappointed in the way The employee handle the situation. As disgusting as bedbugs are, I would’ve understood if she Would have even acted as if she cared. All she said was that it was probably because they Had had an exterminator out there Earlier in the week And it was probably just leftover from the exterminator spraying and stirring things around. I’m going to Call and speak to the manager Monday to Make sure he’s aware of the situation and let him know that his Employee did not handle the situation properly. Honestly, I feel like I should be refunded for the last night. The only reason I stay there is because I could not leave in the middle of the night and also because I did not want to pay for a room at different hotel room when I had already paid for that one. Times are hard and My husband and I were just visiting family. We could not afford to throw money around And go to a different hotel room.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful!! The rooms themselves definitely needed help. The room was a little run down and my bed bug protective sheet had some gnarly stains on it (the staff were really quick at getting this changed for me!). It was a pretty cheap price for three nights so I wasn't expecting anything fancy. It's in a sketchy area, too, so don't walk around there. We would've changed hotels, but it was non-refundable so we just dealt with it since we didn't spend much time in the hotel anyway.

Location is bad, it is in a dangerous not safe area. Staff unfriendly. Room was the worst experience in my life. Lamps and furniture rusted. Desk chair broken. But that was nothing compared to the urine left on the toilet seat. Then I tried to called front desk but the telephone was broken. I pulled the desk from the wall to check the connection and found behind it in the floor, full of dirt and woman artificial nails laying on the floor mixed with dust, dirt and hair. To top it off, started to get our things so we can check out, and also found a man underwear on the floor next to one of the beds

This is the worst red roof. Staying in red roofs for 50 years. Mold in the shower. Floor boards coming off of the walls. Dead batteries in the remote. It was grose.

Excellent. We stay at Red Roof often since we travel with a dog, rarely an issue (other than the dump in Chattanooga we stayed at last night). Reservation was easy, easy check-in, room was clean, decent bedding and towels.

The property was very welcoming to pets thankfully! The property was very dated and somewhat clean.

Room was excellent: heat, TV, blackout drapes, cleanliness, bed, Housekeeping, all first-rate. Service was terrible. For 5 of our 7 nights my wife woke me at 1:00 am or 2:00 am to advise she was being wakened by the people in the next room. The problem was that the wall between us and them had a door in it through which you could hear every word being uttered. They left after 3 nights to be replaced by another couple making the same noise. Next we were awakened at 5:15 am by 2 men going to work talking at the tops of their voices. We finally complained to the manager who said "I will move you." I asked why we were being forced to move all my wife's belongings spread throughout the room when we were causing no trouble and why these other people were not being moved. I also asked why the front desk kept putting people in the adjoining room when Housekeeping told us the hotel was only 40% full. Next thing my wife was taking a shower at about 9:30 pm, as I was preparing to follow her, when the water went off. I again checked with the manager who promised it would return in 30 minutes. In fact it took about 90 minutes and I found myself showering at about 1:00 am. But the biggest problem was the staff. On my arrival I met a young Indian man who was quite pleasant. I told him that the military insisted that I have some proof as to the date and time I had arrived as they were paying for the room as a third party. He said that would be difficult with a third party, yet managed to produce the info I required on his printer in about 3 minutes. Excellent work. However, my departure was horrible. Now I had to deal with MICHELLE on 3/4/26 who could not have been more rude if she tried. I returned my keys and checked out on time. When I requested the exact same printout for checkout the young Indian man had provided for check-in, she quickly became exasperated and insisted it could not be done as a third party had paid. I told her that I had the document indicating the time and date when I checked in and could not understand why this was so difficult for her. Next she asserted that she would e-mail it to me. I was not trusting someone this discourteous with that and now I insisted that she do her job and print out the simple page indicating the time I had checked out on the printer some 5 feet from her. She replied it would not reflect the time but just to humor me she would do it anyway. When the printout was produced and she handed it to me, of course the time was clearly on the page. When I told her to simply view the sheet in case she caused this same trouble in the future, to my disbelief she refused to simply look at the page. Rather, she stood up and announced, "This conversation is over," to which I observed, "So now that you are wrong and have wasted my time, the conversation is over?" She then walked away with no apology. I returned moments later and asked to speak to the manager. She told me he would be in at 3:30 pm. When I phoned after 4:00 pm,
