Convenient location for Vandy visit. But reception doesn’t have much personal touch.

Great location and breakfast. You have to call for housekeeping service, otherwise they won’t come to clean the room by themselves. They definitely need more trollies in a busy hotel like this one. Good experience overall.

Bed had bed bugs. Woke up covered in bites. Free night and a room change however, so they made up for it.

Very good hotel. The front desk is very friendly and fast. But the water in the shower is too slow.

Because of the flight time, we arrived at the hotel early in the morning, it should be in the afternoon to stay, the hotel warmly let us first use breakfast for free, let us have a good check in before breakfast, let us rest, jet lag, too Warm

The service was very good, the check-in was given in advance, because the school event was late and returned to the hotel more than 12 o'clock, and delayed check-out

Great room, would stay again! No complaints. Everyone was super helpful.
