Hotel Indigo Nashville - the Countrypolitan

We last visited around 4 years ago when we were given a tiny room in bad disrepair and when we complained to the front desk were told that renovations were starting the following year. Well, renovations are still ongoing and to wake up to the soothing sounds of jackhammer noise is not what we expected for 400/might. Turns out only floors 3-5 are currently open. King room is spacious and bed is fine but drapes/shades are skid row quality. Other little things other than the noise make this a 2-3 star experience. Signs indicating what floors ice machines are located are outdated. Turns out only the bar in the lobby has ice. So you think someone might mention that during check in so guests aren’t vainly searching for nonexistent ice machines. Cock roach in bathroom. On the plus side, staff are friendly, understanding and helpful. Lack of transparency on the ongoing renovations biggest reason for rating

Fab hotel minutes from all the excitement Nashville has to offer . Nice bar area , quiet , coffee available to buy in the morning and breakfast should you want to eat there . Room was not in the renovated floor but was fine for what we needed , large , comfortable bed and very clean , no complaints there . Heather at front desk made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay successful

I want to give a huge shout out to Heather at the front Desk. Not only was she friendly and competent, but she made everything go so smoothly and was so helpful. She is an absolute asset to your business! I wish every business had a Heather like this to make them shine! Thank you dear lady. Amazing hotel, would highly recommend.

This hotel was currently under construction during our stay. Heather at the front desk was AMAZING! Her daughter works a block away at a breakfast place called 417 Union which is kind of expensive but delicious. The hotel lobby is stunning and is fun to sit in for a drink and app. We listening to live music one of the nights. The elevators are FAST and we never waited a long time for one. It was slightly annoying to have to scan your hotel card each time to press the floor button but I did like the added security. Our room was outdated and tired but I believe that is why they are renovating. The third floor where we stayed was not renovated yet. Their fitness center was closed during the renovation so we got free passes to QNTM Fit Life. At first we were annoyed that we had to travel but then we went there. It is the best gym we have ever been to. We ended up walking each day as a warmup (20 min walk). All in all, I would recommend this hotel.

I stayed this weekend with my father, and my son for the 49ers and Titans pre-season game and let me tell you that from the moment we stepped out of the car the VALET was awesome! I wish I could remember his name because he was incredible! So polite, professional and courteous! Then Ms. Heather at the front desk! She was a gem! I feel like we are new best friends. She made my stay at the Countrypolitan feel like home and that is what Southern Hospitality is all about! The staff at the bar were top notch! Not to mention the entertainment they had there Saturday night, Candi Carpenter blew me away! I feel like I witnessed greatness in the making. If you are looking for somewhere convenient to all things in downtown Nashville look no further! Stay here! The food, the staff, are awesome and even the beds are comfy!

My husband and I are here for our wedding anniversary. This place is beautiful and clean and the staff is so nice and welcoming! We will be back and will not stay anywhere else!

Were Nashville locals and loved the bar scene with live music. Derek and Cindy were the best and it's hard to beat their espresso martini and dirty martini. We can't wait to go back and bring our friends when they visit! Also, the overall aesthetics of the place is incredible! We even purchased gift shop apparel. - Love Eli & Taylor Pepper

Wife and I happened to be walking by and decided to drop in for a drink and live music. The best atmosphere, the best martini, the best service. Wanted to give a huge shoutout to Derek and Sydney for our one of a kind experience. Our family be a repeat customer for sure.

All of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very good and also were large portions. The server always greeted us with a smile and welcomed us back. Close to everything and there was even great music in the bar in the evenings. We all enjoyed the entire stay.
