The hotel is very good, with convenient transportation and large rooms. The room on the second floor was a bit noisy at first, so we moved to a room on the fourth floor. The service was very good, the breakfast was also good, and the price/performance ratio was very high. Good review!

Hotel is convenient to airport and only a short drive/uber to downtown. Staff were super nice, front desk was helpful, engaging and knowledgeable. Good price. The only negative is the property shows it’s wear and tear and needs a refresher - especially the bathrooms

Basic room and stay place. Ease of access to the airport is the only advantage. Hyatt at other locations (cities) are much better upgraded.

Insulting to the Hyatt Brand! Completely false advertising... there is no restaurant or bar, in fact I doubt they have a liquor license at all! The tv didn't work and the surfaces were all scratched and old. It's bait and switch at its finest!

I would not recommend this location. It is below the standards of the Hyatt’s that I usually stay in… somehow I was charged for a day that I did not stay.… Still waiting for a resolution. Not as clean as I would like in the common areas. Furniture that need repaired. Breakfast needs revamped . The fruit looked old. we left the hotel to have breakfast. OK customer service.No bar. Shower drain repair is very sloppy.
