Days Inn by Wyndham Nashville Saint Thomas West Hospital

Was in town for work. The location is excellent I am literally near everything food, shopping , hospital and work. I come here every few months to do covid-19 clean up training and I always stay here. These guys are the best. It's basic & simple with no hassle. No mess. No fuss. Friendly staff here will help with whatever may pop up. They are down to earth and will not bother you when you need rest. I need Day time sleep bc I work at night and these guys did not bother me about signing papers or key cards updated. When I woke up and got ready to go I stopped by the front desk and my booking paperwork was all good to go. I had to do a day by day reservation and they were cool with it. The price you cannot beat. The hotel down the street here was 197$ a night, with rewards. These guys were 72$ with rewards membership. It is safe. It is clean. Very Simple and easy to check in. I recommend this hotel to anyone needing to be near anything in Nashville. Work. Play. Business. There isn't a pool ,but I haven't seen anyone swimming in hotel pools since before the pandemic. So it is not a deal breaker lol They get all 5 stars from me! Thank you for not being complicated and all in my business while I was crazy training and visiting my dad while he was at St. Thomas with Open Heart Surgery. Thank you and God bless.

Clerk at check-in was nice and greeted me when i walked in. She stated there be would be an incidentals charge, breakfast time window, and our check-out time. Our room looked recently renovated, clean floor, clean toilet, though the tub floor could use some scrubbing. TV signal was a bit wonky and only had about 32 channels, could use an updated cable service. Parking lot was clean, not much debris on floor. Car slots are tight, so be aware of oversized vehicles next to you. Overall great experience at an extreme low price!

None of the outllets in the room worked. The bed had old hair stuck in the sheets. The ac didnt work. The coffee maker and hair dryer didnt work and there were no extra towels. The staff was less than helpful. Overall wpukd never stay here again

The room was filthy - dirt and debris on the floors, stains on the sheets, pillows, comforters, walls and towels. Dishes and cooking/eating utensils and cooking area were covered in grease and stains. Service was lacking in all areas - couldn’t get fresh, clean linen/towels because the lady at the front desk couldn’t remember the code to get into the cleaning supply closet. Stayed 4 nights and housekeeping only emptied the trash each day.

Property was old but pretty clean. Somewhat noisy at night. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The only good thing about this property was that they refunded me-Expedia tried to scam the money out of me so I would suggest not booking through *******. As for the hotel, did not look like the pictures online. We got the only hotel that didn’t use a key card and they didn’t realize that so I had to wait a while to get the key for the door. When we walked in there was a stain on the sheets that looked like blood and a stain on the pillow. There was a huge line of black mold on the blinds on both sides and on the ceiling above the door. It was not sanitary enough to sleep.

We booked and prepaid for a room a head of time to get what we needed: a king size bed on ground floor. I'm handicapped. When we went to the room and a woman was getting out of the shower, it was already occupied. The room we wound up with was small, two double beds, fridge removed, no place for suit cases, no hanging rack, sink counter broke, and management didn't care even though they remembered the booking and what was needed. On top of all that charged a $75 deposit to boot.
