For my meal, I really liked the omelet. The front desk kindly guided me, and the deposit will be refunded, right? Haha, it took a long time...

It's a pity that I didn't have breakfast because I was in a hurry to catch the flight.

Unprofessional staff, pool area was filthy, entire hotel smelled of cigarette smoke and was not well maintained. There was an extremely loud noise at night- it must have either been trains or airplanes. It was so loud, it woke me up several times.

Staff ready to help kids put latch and deadbolt and went to sleep .Staff tried everything until we got it open.

Only issue I had was flooring outside of the bathroom was very slippery with something like maybe lotion or soap residue. I had to wipe it in the area with tissue. But other than that it was a nice and comfortable stay. Breakfast and snacks were good!

I had to keep informing them that my bathroom sink was stopped up & maintenance didnt come until the day i was checking out.

When driving, our room was very musty. Our pull out mattress was full of stains, the couch cushions to the couch were full of stains, the floor was dirty. For the price we paid, would have been nice to have cleanliness

Nice and Clean. Not to far from Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville Tennessee.

Clean hotel. We pick holiday inn because we always enjoy the cinnamon rolls.

Great location off I-24. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Clean rooms with great beds.

Was visiting family really enjoyed the amenities the hotel offered but seeing a cockroach in my room was disheartening but other than that no complaints

This facility lives up to the high rating on *******. Clean, well maintained and modern, it makes for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is one of the best we've experienced. The staff are friendly, professional and courteous. There is a convenience store within 2 min walk, as well as fast food restaurants. Stores and higher end dining within a few minutes drive. Only shortfall is the grounds are covered in empty liquor bottles and several less than reputable folks walking the area made my wife feel unsafe without escort after dusk
