Four Seasons Hotel Nashville

A wonderful hotel, very well appointed and thoughtfully designed rooms, lovely public areas with understated elegance. Warm and gracious though not overbearing service. Excellent food, from breakfast to room service. A lovely spa and quite capable, considerate masseuse. Lovely views over the river and walking distance from attractions downtown, and an easy 15 minute ride from Vanderbilt, or about 20 minutes to the airport. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely return. From the moment we arrived, the valet service was IMPECCABLE and set the tone for the visit. What really stood out was how the hotel went above and beyond for us. I simply mentioned that we chose this hotel to celebrate both a birthday and an anniversary, and the team thoughtfully organized and decorated the room for the occasion. It was such a special touch and truly made our celebration memorable. Our request for a quiet room was also acknowledged and honored, which we really appreciated. The room was clean, the amenities were great, and every request we made during our stay was accommodated promptly. Caroline at check-in was excellent and provided all the information we needed, which made the arrival process smooth and welcoming. Mina assisted us at checkout. During our interaction with the front desk, we felt the customer service could have been more personal and a bit more engaged in assisting guests. Overall, it was a fantastic experience thanks to the attention to detail and the effort the hotel made to make our stay special. We will definitely be back.

Went to Four Seasons on a business trip and let me tell you it did not disappoint. Shoutout to Kelson at valet as well

Cal was extremely helpful in getting us checked in. Burch the valet was also incredible and made us feel right at home.

I must say, throughout my stay at this hotel I was very impressed at how friendly the staff was. One gentleman in particular, Burch, who is a valet was very professional and was able to help me in several capacities.

Kelson and javin at the valet were great. I was walking my dog and stopped so he could get treats that the four seasons offers and they both talked to me the whole time.

I used valet while dining with some friends at Morton’s and was really impressed by Kelson. He hustled to every car I saw and was always smiling. He mentioned he mainly works at four seasons hotel and based on his work ethic I can see why their service would be strong.

I ate at the Morton’s steakhouse with some friends and the valet Kelsin was great. He was great to conversate with and mentioned he mainly works at four seasons. Can only imagine the valet experience there.

Great service at Four Seasons Nashville. It was later in the evening, around 9 pm, and Kelson still came right over to open the door and greet us with a great attitude. Really appreciated how welcoming and on top of everything he was.
