Upon arrival we asked if we could preview a room. The gentleman at the counter immediately offered to upgrade us to a ”suite” and proceeded to show us the room. The room smell was almost overwhelming but since we had arrived via car service, we were kind of stuck. We decided to stay knowing we would spend little time in the room over the course of four days. Extremely stained furniture in the living area. Neither TV worked. The toilet paper holder was pulled out of the wall. The outlet in the bedroom did not have a cover and pulled in and out of the wall when used. A clear fire hazard. Also a leftover syringe in the cabinet. The exit sign in the hall was hanging from the ceiling. The shower was very good and the bed comfortable. The floor was filthy. The continental breakfast was poor with little to offer. The hot tub was not working. We really expected more from a Ramada. We both agreed all the staff was very nice and helpful. We were told the owner had no plans to do any upgrades. We don't mind a 'dated' room but clean and unstained is a must.

Stayed here while on holiday in Nashville. Positives- it's good value and has everything you need from a motel; staff were friendly and helpful with one noteable exception; easy access to downtown via uber or taxi. Negatives- cleaning could be better; only one of the 2 beds was made up when we arrived and there was one really rude member of staff. We got back midnight (Sunday night) and tried to get some bottled water. The woman refused to sell us bottled water from reception (there was plenty and we made it clear we had the cash to pay for it). I guess if the till was closed, the till was closed but she was so rude and aggressive it spoiled a lot of the good things about the hotel. A shame because it's an ok place.
