Riu Palace Paradise, was a perfect place for my husband and I to celebrate our 22nd Wedding Anniversary. Our room was perfect facing the pool and beach. The room very clean and staff very kind and helpful. We definitely recommend this place and we'll becoming back. 💕

Wonderful for a stay in the Bahamas! Staff were VERY friendly and attentive and made the stay very hospitable. There were a lot of food options and all were delicious, including the buffets! It was a difficult reservations to the restaurants, as you mostly have to make them days in advance, but we were still able to get into a few, but when we were not able to get into one, the buffet dinner was still very good! The pool and private beach were lovely, and the entertainment and service at both was wonderful. The evening entertainment was also very enjoyable as well. If you are looking for one with a lot of activities and excursions, this is likely not the resort for you because it is smaller, but there were still a lot of activities and entertainment during the day. I highly recommend this resort, and I definitely would come back!

Sheets, blankets, and towels were stained. Bath towels also has an odor to them. Our ac did not work in our room. It took two phone calls and three stops at the front desks to get moved to another room. Although the ac unit wasn't broken like in our first room, the ac did not work well in the second room. Our tv would also not connect to the wifi. When we had maintance person come his repose was "oh yeah these tvs don't hook up to the wifi". When arrived we were told we had to make reservations for the restaurants. We were unable to make any reservations prior to having an assigned room number. By the time we received our room number all the restaurants were booked for all 3 nights we were staying at the hotel. As an all inclusive we loooked forward to eating more than buffet food for all of our stay. The resport itself was a little run down. It was advised as an "adults only" resort, but there were many children running around the beach. We expected the beach resort area to be more private an secluded much like some of the other resorts we have stayed at. There was also a ton of solicitors walking the beach which was a bit annoying when trying to have a relaxing vacation. Some of the staff was friendly. Our favorite was Lamarco, he was the friendliest restaurant staff memeber and when we spoke to him about not being able to get any reservations our whole stay, he sqeezed us in last minute. He was the only restaurant manager who was warm and welcoming.
