I went on my first family trip with my 1 year old. I didn't have diapers yet, so I chose a room with an open-air bath. I decided to stay here because I wanted to make my pool debut, but I was a little worried about my line of sight because the pool was completely visible from the lobby and hallway. (Because other customers waiting to check in stare at the pool...) The food was very delicious, partly because it's affiliated with Kanaya Hotel. In particular, the highland vegetables from Nasu were very sweet, and all the dishes that used plenty of vegetables were exquisite. However, since there are many things to take from the platter with gloves on at the buffet, are you a little worried about corona countermeasures? It may be unavoidable, but at least I wanted you to put it on a small plate and take it immediately. Also, as other people wrote, it was all-inclusive, but all you could drink, soft serve ice cream, and karaoke were free. If you imagine an all-inclusive hotel overseas, it's quite different, so wouldn't it be better not to call it all-inclusive? I thought. The staff are nice, but don't expect them to be very considerate or considerate. It is a luxury hotel, so I would like you to do a little more. Overall, it wasn't bad, but the price was quite high, so I don't think I'll repeat it.

The room was a maisonette, so it felt spacious and the interior was calm and nice. The four-bed room was attractive, but the beds were hard (although I guess everyone feels differently), so it wasn't very comfortable. My body ached the next day. The room had a strange design with the sink and closet next to each other, and there was a heavy sliding door that made it hard to use. The bath and spa facilities were small. I think it's reasonable considering the number of rooms, but I think it would be quite crowded if the hotel was fully booked. The food was average both in the morning and evening, but the steak was very delicious. The appetizers before dinner were very beautiful, and just looking at them increased my appetite and got me excited. There weren't many food items, but I was impressed that they prepared some new dishes even for consecutive nights. Don't expect too much from the drinks. It's better to expect a drink bar at a family restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the front desk was often empty, probably because they had reduced the number of staff due to the coronavirus pandemic. Overall, I felt that it was a casual facility for young people.

The doorman and front desk staff were polite when we arrived. The lobby had a nice atmosphere. The room was spacious. I stayed here thinking it would be a good time to relax with friends, but there were a lot of families with children, and we kept bumping into each other when going to get drinks and meals, and swimming in the bath, which was dangerous. I thought it would be a relaxing hotel because it's part of the Kanaya Hotel Group, but it felt more like the Oe Onsen Hotel.

My child begged me to go to Treasure Stone Park, so I stayed here. Well, they've renovated it to make it look like one, but it's more like a cafe trying to be stylish. It's not bad, but it's not good either. It doesn't feel authentic. It's expensive. But the kids seemed to enjoy roasting marshmallows and drinking all-you-can-drink Ramune, and they had a blast in the pool. My wife was also very pleased, saying it wasn't so bad. She said she wants to go to Treasure Stone Park again, so compared to other hotels, this is probably the one. If it was a little better value for money, I'd give it four stars.

The information given upon arrival and the front desk staff were polite. It's all-inclusive, but if you expect too much you may be a little disappointed. The bath, pool, karaoke, etc. are not bad, but they're not great either. The food might be a bit off, considering it's a Kanaya Hotel Group hotel. I was a little disappointed that I couldn't choose my seat at the meal. The room was quite spacious, and I didn't feel the walls were thin as some reviews said. It may depend on the location of the room. If you think of it as a hotel with a decent all-you-can-drink buffet, the rating would probably go up.
