評判の良さに期待して予約しました。 お部屋は家族は気に入っていました。 オールインクルーシブも 凄くよかったです。 でもうちの家族は全くお酒を飲まないので 合わない宿なのかもしれません。 11月にも予約していましたが キャンセルしました。 お風呂も景色もよく 明るいうちに入られるのを おすすめします。 従業員さんもみなさん すごく 気を使っていただける方ばかりで 感動しました。 たいてい 私が待ち 従業員さんが 先に歩いて行くパターンですが こちらの方たちは 先に行かせてくれました。 なかなかないんです ほんとうに。 うれしかったです。 帰りがけのフロントのお姉さんだけが すごく怖かったですが(^^)

It may be unavoidable, but at least I wanted you to put it on a small plate and take it immediately. Also, as other people wrote, it was all-inclusive, but all you could drink, soft serve ice cream, and karaoke were free. If you imagine an all-inclusive hotel overseas, it's quite different, so wouldn't it be better not to call it all-inclusive? I thought. The staff are nice, but don't expect them to be very considerate or considerate. It is a luxury hotel, so I would like you to do a little more. Overall, it wasn't bad, but the price was quite high, so I don't think I'll repeat it.

The doorman and front desk staff were polite when we arrived. The lobby had a nice atmosphere. The room was spacious. I stayed here thinking it would be a good time to relax with friends, but there were a lot of families with children, and we kept bumping into each other when going to get drinks and meals, and swimming in the bath, which was dangerous. I thought it would be a relaxing hotel because it's part of the Kanaya Hotel Group, but it felt more like the Oe Onsen Hotel.

My child begged me to go to Treasure Stone Park, so I stayed here. Well, they've renovated it to make it look like one, but it's more like a cafe trying to be stylish. It's not bad, but it's not good either. It doesn't feel authentic. It's expensive. But the kids seemed to enjoy roasting marshmallows and drinking all-you-can-drink Ramune, and they had a blast in the pool. My wife was also very pleased, saying it wasn't so bad. She said she wants to go to Treasure Stone Park again, so compared to other hotels, this is probably the one. If it was a little better value for money, I'd give it four stars.
