I entered when it was getting dark in the evening. I was worried because it was the back of Shikishima Farm (ranch), but it was okay. It is a quadruple room with 1 extra bed added, but it is large enough and quiet without hearing any outside sounds. Eat out at night. I went back to the bath, but I reserved an open-air bath because it was (Sun) night. There is nothing short of a yukata cup towel in the refrigerator. There is also a fireplace, but this time it is not attached. Breakfast is a buffet with a considerable variety and the taste is satisfactory. There is no time limit. (Sun) Check-in (Mon) is Saitama Prefecture's Day, so it was full except for Chibiko and family. There is no stress because the foreigner can lower the plates you use immediately. I think it would be nice if you like a hotel with a beautiful scenery and calmness. However, there are no shops nearby (within walking distance).

We stayed in a standard family room. The overall interior was very clean and stylish, especially the spacious bath and washroom! The artificial hot springs also had a real hot spring feel with their smell and texture. The terrace deck was also a space that didn't feel cramped even when 6 adults had a BBQ. Also, the projector in the bedroom looked great and I was very satisfied! Is the Wi-Fi a little slow? Also, the futons are dime-sized and not for one person at a time, and if you live in a room on the first floor, some people may be concerned about footsteps coming from the second floor. That's why I gave it a 4 for the service and facilities. Personally, I really liked it and would like to come again!

It is an impression that it was a hotel with a strange balance from the room rate and the age of the room. Also, it was inconvenient to connect the room key to １. If you go to the public bath with men and women, you have to consult which one to go back first, and if you have it, you will take a bath while worrying about time, so I want ２. It was a pity.

If you go outside from Tengu no Yu, you will find cascading baths and family baths. The food is served on top of a mountain, so don't expect too much, but the large tatami room in the hall with the hearth is elegant. There are oils and seasonings left by the guests, so you can cook a small late-night snack.A day trip to the hot springs is fine, but I definitely want you to stay overnight and enjoy the ryokan at night. The route inn is mostly patterned on the first floor only the front desk, restaurant and public bath, but there are rooms on the first floor. The first floor was assigned, but the sound of the coin laundry was noisy. It seems that it is better to avoid the first floor. Location about 5 minutes walk from Shin Shirakawa Station. There was a tavern that produced a fresh fish with a national chain with a station, and the store of Shirakawa Ramen behind the station was very good, and the food and drink situation was good for the promotion Shinkansen station.

This is my second stay. The station Chika is very good. Coffee is free in the lobby.

This was my first time for staying in ryokan. This ryokan has such a delight, warming services and very nice hotel staffs. Although I can not speak japanese, the language did not bring me any problems because we could use google translate and some of the innkeeper can speak English. I felt like I stay in my home and very enjoyed interacting with both hotel staffs and shiobara people. Besides, foods there were so delicious. - traditional japanese food: they wrote a welcome note and descriptions of food in paper (in japanese) eg. Fish came from river beside hotel, everything was from local which I really really love it. - local venison(deer meat): must try yakiniku If you wanna avoid chaotic environment in the city, I would reccommend this place because you would feel a part of nature (natural sound is so nice) and you can find a true calm of your soul. We were very surprised because we were only foreigner tourist in the hotel. Thank you innkeeper and staff for caring us. We always miss there when we come back to busy city!
