The hotel room is large, but partial to 4-star standards, bamboo. The beach environment is very good, the sand is very fine, there are various water activities but you have to pay extra, there is a car in the park to take you to the beach, and it is very close by walking. The food is relatively monotonous, but overall it is a very relaxing resort, and I would like to go again.

Honestly the hotel as I mentioned above is excellent hotel in everything but the problem for the peoples who will select room with breakfast as me , the problem I paid money to eat breakfast as I like or there is buffet breakfast but the problem, the procedure is different. The menus only assigned some items and need to choose one and this is not fair due I am Arab and different due Muslim and not eat any food , anyway thanks for all your nice kind and nice in services and nice people do their best to satisfy the guest in the guest hotel 🙏

My 2nd home in Matabungkay and definitely i give them more than 200% excellent service. We are very satisfied with our stay in this resort. from time we arrived until we left, we were treated very well like a family. Everyone of them, as in literally all of them, always made sure that we had everything we needed. All staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. they provided us everything we needed even before we ask them to. special thanks to Sir Joel na sobrang accommodating samin :). I'm Planning to go back again soon. Would definitely recommend this place.

We found ourselves captivated by the beauty of nature right outside our doorstep. The accommodations provided exceeded our expectations in every way. The amenities were modern and well-maintained, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries we had. During our time at Taal Vista, we had the opportunity to indulge in the culinary delights offered at the hotel's restaurants. Each meal was a culinary masterpiece, showcasing the vibrant flavors of Filipino cuisine. The dining experience was further enhanced by the stunning views of the surrounding landscape, creating a truly unforgettable dining experience. Overall, our stay at Taal Vista was nothing short of exceptional. My last visit was 2 years ago.. and yesterday I tried it again (Sept 11-12) When we arrived the room is not yet ready and waited for 20 mins before releasing the room. The FO duty gave me the WIFI password for 2 devices only. while waiting we already connected to the wifi however when we arrived at the room the signal is so week and no internet connection. We called assistance, the IT officer went to our room and check.. He offered other wifi connection but still not working.. He went to our room thrice but the connection is not FIXED. ” wala man lang pasensya na po Maam,. kasi ganito ganyan,,,... Ang sabi lang niya is ”Malakas naman po ang internet bakit kaya di naconnect?” Connected naman daw ang phone nya bakit samin ay hindi. Para sabihin ko lang din Hindi outdated ang phone namin and Samsung naman. I am telling you dis cuz ito din nagig problem ko from last stay ko.. And ngayon di pa padin nag babago, walang improvement. Second, BOTTLED WATER. Nilagay namin sa ref yung 2 tubig then nung iinumin na namin.. don lang namin napasin na bawas na pala ung isang bote. Then sakto may dumaan na housekeeping sinabi ko ung about sa tubig. and yes wala nanaman sinabing ”pasensya or whatsoever” wala kumuha lang sya ng tubig.. tinanong ko pala sya kung libre lang ba ung tubig kung mag add sabi nya OO so pinalitan naman nya ung tubig namin 4 na bote ang binagay nya.. so ito na nga Gabi na ubos na ang tubig namin,. tumawag ako sa FO to refill again the water and sabi is MAY BAYAD na daw. Php 70 isang bote ng Summit Water 500ML. WOW. I am also working sa hotel pero ang tubig is libre kahit gaano kadami ang hingin.. my bayad man ang tubig pero un is kung ung branded talaga na bottled water. 500 ml na summit is 15 pesos lang... So namahalan ako.. ginawa ko nag padeliver nalang ako. Third, Last day.. I ask the FOA if possible for late check out. 1PM lang naman.. Ang sagot lang nya sakin is ... Ay Maam, hindi ko po alam tatanong ko lang po sa Supervisor. But nung time na un is sya palang naak duty so sabi ko babalikan ko nalang sya.. So, Over all.. I think, NEED ng staffs nyo ng training on how to answer queries.complain,concern ng guets.. Okay naman ung hotel nyo sana kaso if ganon ang staffs nyo pumapangit ang Image.

Rooms are small but very clean. Bed and pillows are comfy. Wifi strong inside room and lobby. Staff are friendly. Sweet Haven restaurant and Bella Pizza inside the compound is highly recommended. Didn’t get to try the pool, is was kinda small considering its for both the hotel and the residences. There were a lot of people swimming then. Overall, I’d recommend the hotel. Thank you. We had a very pleasant stay.

The room was very basic and small with hardly any space to walk around. However, it was at an acceptable level of cleanliness. The walk area around the main building is nice. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We were served a complimentary welcome drink and breakfast the next morning. The only downside is the location. At the time of booking, I didn't realize it would be so far outside. There are hardly any fast-food restaurants within walking distance so had to take the tricycle.

NuukTaal is a very special place. An amazing setting on Lake Taal just west of Talisay, the dramatic and some times tragic history of the lake and volcano present a stark contradiction to the serenity and beauty of this landscape. The hotel service and food are outstanding and the staff are as attentive, kind and overly polite people I’ve met. Absolutely beautiful and interesting respite. Will absolutely look forward to returning.

10/10 staff lalo na kay Bryan from sales and Ruffa. 10/10 food, hindi tinipid yung buffet for the corporate banquet sulit bayad 10/10 place, lots of activities to do and the rooms are so nice. Our company was very happy partnering with unwnd 😊 so thank you for catering to our needs kahit last minute na minsan at pabago bago.
