那須塩原駅からは車で４０分程の塩原温泉郷の中ほどに位置する。ガラス張りロビーの正面に箒川が流れており、水量があるので瀬音はかなり高い。湯は源泉掛け流しの弱アルカリ性で湯質は柔らか。露天風呂は予約制だが川を眺めながらゆっくりできるので是非。部屋の湯も源泉掛け流しなので24時間いつでも入浴可能。食事はスタンダードコースだったが、質も量も十分堪能できた。ホスピタリティもとても高い。館内も改装して間もないので清潔で心地よい。
