Choctaw Hall is an amazing gem of historical preservation of a grand home. The host is charming and proud of his house. Walking distance to many interesting places. Only funky thing is that the B&B does not serve breakfast on site, but sends guests out.

Had the most amazing stay at Choctaw. It is a beautiful residence where the ground floor has been converted to a B&B. The room was exquisite, clean and comfortable. There was a common area for all guests where tea/coffee, soft drinks, water and snacks were provided.
Breakfast vouchers were given each morning for nearby restaurants.
The hosts were welcoming, gave great advice on what to do in the area and where to eat etc. They gave us a tour of Choctaw with the detailed history of all the items within the property, and were more than happy to answer the many questions we asked!
This has been the highlight of our Deep South road trip so far for sure! Would absolutely love to come back and would highly highly recommend!

We went on a “history” vacation to Vicksburg MS and Natchez MS. This turned out to be one of our best vacations. While in Natchez we stayed at Choctaw Hall circa 1837. There are no adjectives to express how much we loved it there. David and Lee felt like our new best friends. Better than family. The room was so comfortable and welcoming. They made sure we had wonderful breakfast and anything we needed. Our tour was the most memorable we have ever experienced. The home was beautiful. All the furnishings, antiques, plus the glass and porcelain were exquisite. I can’t stop telling our friends about the history and stories we heard there. We love ❤️ you David and Lee!!! Can I give them a 10?

First of all, the place is sumptuous. About as close to five star as Natchez can get. David and his partner run a beautiful ship. An aesthetic pleasure. My room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and I had my own ground floor exit. Close to anything you would want to do in town. And David is a Southern delight. The real thing, full of mirth and good stories about local life. Hope to return soon.
