Great experience and great staff service ! We enjoyed our stay! They have free breakfast and the rooms are well taken care of , around everywhere there are food spots , arcade games with a nice pizza and food selection , there are many stores to buy goods and food as well and many great spots to enjoy with friends and family!

Below poor! I would never recommend this facility to anyone on the planet. Sorry, but that is truth! I was very surprised at the eye sore of this property, wow!

The room was clean and comfortable. The location we great and the breakfast nice. We felt safe here as well. The young man working the front desk when we arrived we so nice and professional. The only pics were after my stuff was everywhere lol but you get the point. We would definitely stay here again.

Would not recommend to anyone I love. The refrigerator had not been cleaned from a previous stay. There was a plate of food left in it. The shower was not cleaned. There was a used bar of soap in it.

This is the most nastiest disgusting place I have ever stayed.. we were tired so we decided to stop and get a cheap room just for the night CUSTOMERS SERVICE WAS GREAT .. till I got to the room 1st room had blood food and things on the sheets .. 2nd room was a little better but not much .. while I’m sleeping roaches was crawling on me. All in the bathroom over the floor . I’m so scared to go back to sleep . It’s just that nasty 😡😡😡 I advise anyone to NEVER EVER EVER COME HERE .. this is by far the worst birthday trip ever ..

want to see this hotel thrive. Owners should take proud remodel give a raise so that they can get good employees that want to work and take pride in their work. Hopefully a good hot breakfast can return. Th laundry needs improvement.

Although I don’t usually do this, I have to share my experience so this doesn’t happen to someone else. September 15, 2023 I booked a room at Days Inn By Wyndham in Natchitoches, LA to attend the Christmas Festival. On November 18, 2023, I had to cancel my booking for my own personal reasons. I called this hotel within the next day or so confirming that since I cancelled more than a few days in advance (being it was almost 2-3wks early) that I would not be charged for anything or have a cancellation fee. The desk clerk who I spoke with confirmed this, saying that I would not get charged anything being that it was in enough time in advance. As of November 30, 2023 I received a text from my card company saying I had a charge of $96 from Days Inn by Wyndham in Natchitoches. I immediately called the same exact place I called a few weeks prior, telling them about my previous call and what was told to me but also how I still was charged when I was told I wouldn’t be. The desk clerk put me on hold to speak with the GM and later told me that “since the Christmas Festival Weekend (december 1-3) is our busiest time of the year, when you cancelled you got charged for at least one night out of your stay.” This was not ever told to me prior to this second phone call so being charged for $96 was a shock to me. I was also told that since the GM owns this specific hotel he/she can make their own policies/rules at their own times. Although I do understand these calls are being made under the discretion of the GM, I do not feel as though these rules/policies should effect the people who already cancelled prior to putting this in place. I expressed my concerns and feelings about this and I was told that this policy/rule has been in place for years now. So my question was “why was it not charged to me the day I chose to cancel, which was about 2 weeks ago?” I received an apology for my “inconvenience.” Unfortunately, now I don’t have enough funds that I was going to use for gas money and food since this was charged to my account without my knowledge. Although the desk clerk was very polite and apologized, and I know it was not his fault, this should not have to happen to anyone else. Please choose/book your stays wisely!

Upon arrival I was greeted by two employees at the desk who were extremely helpful and had great attitudes. They had me checked in within mins of arriving and the room was clean and cool. I have no complaints whatsoever about the hotel or staff

In the last 35 years years of traveling uncovering 48 states we have never once left a hotel room because it was dirty and disgusting THIS WAS A FIRST. SEE OUR PICTURES! The baseboards were peeled off the wall which exposed multitude of dead bugs. The amount of dust on the base of the table was absolutely disgusting and also covered the headboard, this wasn't a week's worth of dust this was months and months of dust. The faucet was actually filthy and looked like it had blood on it. the little dish that your soap would go on hadn't been cleaned from the previous occupant and the tub was so dirty that it was brown in the bottom. the bathroom mirror looked like someone had wiped it with a wash rag dipped in milk. The amount of debris, bugs and dirt in the air conditioner was disgusting the fact that the filter didn't fit the air-conditioning properly didn't help. The cord cord from the lamp ran across the AC unit and was held in place by a screw. How many codes does this violate? we did contact the general manager Rachal Sluss who has the hotel address listed on her business card as well as the email and never heard back which isn't surprising as she never replied to any reviews
