Booked 4 bade family room. Everything was perfect. 2 window ac available in room. Bathroom very big size. Car parking available. Srinathji 5min walking distance.

Firstly no responsible person available at the time of check in. As mentioned but no ac services available. Bathroom was not clean. Towels and other accessories was too bad.

Room service is not as expected, ac not working properly, reception staff behaviour is rude, we have to stay 1 day extra but hotel person has not allowed us to stay and said you have to checkout today only. We are ready to pay the amount also but they have not agreed. So we have the worst experience ever in this hotel.

Hotel shri hari prem, nathdwara is 10 min. Walking distance from nathdwara temple. Nice hotel staff, good cleaning.
