酒店馬路對面就是大型商店，購物方便！房間很棒！訂房出點問題，4樓先住一晚，然後調房5樓住了6個晚上，有東西落在第一晚的房間，客房經理（華人）非常認真的幫忙尋找處理。客房服務值得信賴！衞生條件非常好，幾次都遇上經理親自查房檢查衞生，一絲不苟！ 但是前台（***）服務非常不友善，打電話預訂的時候説可以讓我們從第一晚就一間房間住7天，抵達前台又説不可以，電吹風出故障，去找前台，前台説話很沖，態度不好！*******

Booked a room with a fridge, yet my room did not have one. Dated rooms, my comforter smelled like cigarettes. Doors had about an inch - inch and a half of open space at the bottom so you can see anyone walking by and hear anyhting in hallway. Never seen this at a hotel I have stayed at - also felt that could be a safety concern as anyone could slide something under the door and access your room if they had the right tools.
