住湯加里羅小屋的應該都衹有一個目的 那就是爬湯加里羅火山！我們為了一早爬山所以住了兩晚，很幸運第二天天氣很好 走完20公里下午三四點就回酒店休息做飯了 房間很大床也很舒服 超級推薦！！！

The accommodation is neat and clean, with complete facilities. If you go hiking in Tongariro by car, this is a good rest stop. There are only hostels and huts further up. The breakfast is cooked by the host and his wife themselves, and it is very delicious.

A unique and friendly place to stay. We booked the Pipiriki suite. A very nice set up with a shared kitchen. You have your own spacious bathroom. This is a historic building. The furniture and decor is cozy and quaint. Comfortable bed. The room actually can sleep 3, nice and roomy. Lovely touches like blue and white china in the kitchen and cups, spoons, coffee, tea, kettle in your room. The check in was quick and the staff and owner were very helpful and friendly. We had such a quiet, restful sleep!

Excellent location about a 20 minute drive to the Tongariro Alpine Crossing. Louis was very helpful when checking us in giving lots of useful information. He also went out of his way to get us an extension cable to charge our EV overnight. Accommodation was quaint, comfortable and clean with all necessary amenities.

Perfect for a young family of four on an overnight visit. Service was excellent and the hosts allowed us to leave our luggage while we spent the day up the mountain. Rooms and beds vey comfortable although a little on the small side. Plenty of hot water!

The lodge is absolutely perfect. We were booked to climb Tongariro. All of the arrangements for transport were made for us. We had a breakfast tray with the most delicious selection AND homemade bread that is off the charts. They provided a packed lunch which was delicious and the perfect mix of sandwich and snacks. The wee cottage we had was amazing. Fantastic bed. Great shower. Fridge and cooker if we wanted it. And literally just up the road to an awesome restaurant. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

Truly wonderful set-up, old world charm and friendly service, and all in the most incredible location. Very comfortable suite with a fantastic hot shower. Wonderful homemade breakfast too- thank you so much. We’d come back in a heart- beat.

Our stay was great. The room was warm and cozy (but not small), and the bathroom was spacious and modern. We really enjoyed our short but memorable stay here. Everyone who worked there were very helpful and accommodating to our needs. It was a very enjoyable stay and I'll definitely be staying here again when needed.

Our stay at the Lodge was wonderful; we were honestly spoiled with the excellent personal attention and the wonderful service. We did the hike and everything was arranged by the Lodge—breakfast, lunch and the transfer service. Thank you Marina for everything. Your bread was the best bread ever and I look forward to trying to bake it at home. And the breakfast was amazing! The Lodge was the best place we’ve stayed in NZ so far.
