The single room facing the street is not good and very noisy. The breakfast variety is too small and the room rate is not cheap. It takes 40 minutes to walk to the exhibition center, which is not that convenient. There are no restaurants or convenience stores within 100 meters.

The room is not big, but it is good to have air conditioning in Mexico

The room is quite good, but there are no windows. The smell in the room is a bit loud and not very breathable, but the air conditioner works very well. The breakfast is very rich and the price including breakfast is also good. The room facilities are very clean and the cleaning is also very clean. The hotel service is very good, the lady at the front desk is very nice. The distance from the exhibition hall is okay, but there is a serious traffic jam when taking a taxi. It is close to the highway and it is a bit noisy at night.

The room is OK, but the location is a bit out of the way

Mizael was great and helped me get through the process with the language barrier. Directed me from uber drop-off to room with no hiccups. Helped with luggage. Room is very clean and hotel is nice. A+

The kitchen was empty of many items on your menu for dinner. They were also out of many basic alcohol options (tequila for example). One night they tried to close early while I was still thinking about dinner, the microwaved me a fake hawaiian pizza using sliced sandwich meat. desk staff were easy to speak english too, wait staff were not.

Food was excellent and service was excellent. Waiting time is not bad, the delivery of the food was fast and everything was in perfect conditions. Soups were hot and nicely displayed. I recommend the food service in this hotel as my experience was just great.

Good business Hotel. Good location in the Naucalpan area. Excellent service from Johana at bar/restaurant. Johana was extremely attentive and hospitable with us. Rooms are clean and staff is courteous. Breakfast buffet is average. Do recommend the Hotel. Dinner menu is extensive, good good and reasonably priced.

Excellent staff service. The area the hotel Is located is a bit sketchy. But the hotel was great! The taxi service was great and professional. There are a few things that could be improved such as providing a better bar service which is very limited.

Daniel served as our chef at the Courtyard by Marriott toreo and was super helpful in understanding our vegetarian meal needs. He made nice pancakes, molletes, sincronizhadas for us. We appreciate his service for us and highly recommend it to others. Thank you for making our first trip to Mexico special :)

Sergio and Daniella were so attentive. As soon as I walked in for breakfast he immediately asked if I wanted a special omelet within minutes fruit and juice and freshly made omolette were brought to the table 5 star review

Great service by Joana, food was good, it is a good place to stay, close to restaurants, malls and centric. Rooms are small but enough for a pleaseant stay. The price is very attractive, I plan to come here more often.

The hotel is conveniently located to go to different spots in Mexico. Although the hotel is by the main road, noise is acceptable. The breakfast is very good and the service is excellent. Johana at the restaurant was very kind.
