Wir waren super zufrieden, ich war mit 2 Kumpels zum Kurzskitrip im Schwarzen Adler. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, flexibel und entgegenkommend. Verleih und Sportgeschäfte sind mehrere vor der Haustür, ebenso hält der Skibus fast vor der Tür (50m). Ansonsten empfehle ich beim Doppelzimmer, für Familien und längere Aufenthalte, die Wahl der vollständig renovierten Zimmer, Bad und Toilette waren neu, alles bestens, der Rest vom „traditionellen“ Zimmer war in ordentlichen Zustand und sauber, aber die Betten sind nicht unbedingt für längere Aufenthalte geeignet. Grundsätzlich ist das ein super Hotel, Preis-Leistung hat für uns gepasst, Lage ist super und ich komme ggf. gerne mal wieder vorbei.👍😊 Vielen Dank

+ das Personal war freundlich - wir haben die suite gebucht, die Couch wurde ausgeklappt und diente als Bett. Leider unfassbar unbequem. - alles wirkt leider etwas abgenutzt und ungeliebt, es fehlt einfach eine Seele des Hauses bzw. ein Hausmeister der sich ein bisschen kümmert - das Essen war im großen und ganzen in Ordnung, jedoch wurde am Buffet immer nur sehr zögerlich aufgefüllt. Die Atmosphäre beim Essen war sehr hektisch, der Zeitraum kurz. Fazit: Im Vergleich zu den umliegenden 4 Sterne Hotels zwar günstiger, im Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis dann aber doch zu teuer. Lieber den Almhof buchen, ist zwar teurere aber der Aufenthalt um ein Vielfaches schöner. Wir haben uns dann in das dayspa beim Almhof eingebucht, das war dann auch eine Lösung.

Hotel liegt mitten in Nauders. Wellnessbereich und Hotelzimmer sind gut und super. Hotel ist sehr sauber. Leider war in unseren Tagen etwas Chaos weil Essensaufzug ausgefallen ist.. daher war Essen ok. Und die Preise für Getränke sind einfach zu teuer, so dass man nicht so viel trinken möchte. Auf Bedienungen haben wir auch immer gewartet. Vielleicht lag es an der Zeit zu Ende der Saison. Hotel liegt super

This Hotel was recommended by a friend. We stayed 4 nights for skiën and relaxing. We use an appartement on the 4th floor of the Hotel, because of our three children. The rooms / apartment was nice, good beds, sanitair also good and clean. The wellness is open from 3 pm, so if you not going to enjoy the snow you have to wait till the afternoon to relax. The bar is only open form 3.30 - 5 h pm (during the small snack). It is even hard to get a waiter who will or can help you. The WIFI ((W-lan) in the hotel should be perfect, as the reception told us. But in the apartment we did not have usable wifi. The signal was far to low and if you are with 3 children it is really a problem. We asked four times at the reception if they could fix the wifi problem, but no one came of communicated with us. At the check-out of the hotel we asked again, they told us that there were to many people using the wifi .... Wow, never heard that reason .... It would have been better if we had been informed instead of not responding or downplaying it. We are disappointing about the service (after being disappointed about the wifi and bar). The restaurant employees are very kind.

Wir waren für drei Tage Skiurlaub im Hotel Schwarzer Adler. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Unser Familienzimmer war super, mit zwei erwachsenen Kindern ist die Grüße sehr komfortabel. Das Essen ist gut. Der Wellnessbereich war für unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.

Zwar waren wir nur ein Wochenende im Schwarzen Adler, haben uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig (wir waren 3 Personen), das Essen sehr gut und der Service toll. Einzig nicht so gut, war die Haustemperatur. Im gesammten Hotel war es gefühlt 1-2 Grad zu warm.

Sehr nette Begrüßung bei der Ankunft. Das Zimmer war bereits um 9.00 Uhr Vormittags bezugsfertig. Schöne, Große und sehr Saubere Zimmer. Toller Wellnessbereich, Super Lage mitten im Dorf. Traumhaftes Frühstücksbuffet. Rundherum sind einige Lokale und Sportgeschäfte

Excellentes Essen. Einziges Mangel: oberhalb des Bettes die Nachlampe-Schiene verhindert ein komfortables Sitzen im Bett um TV zu schauen. Unbedingt höher anbringen. Aber abgesehen davon ein absolues Highlight der Aufenthalt während 5 Tagen
