Cela fait plusieurs années que nous séjournons à la Bastie d'Urfe et à chaque fois c'est un vrai plaisir. Nous avons toujours été très bien accueillis dans ce véritable havre de paix. Tout parfait avec un rapport qualité prix très satisfaisant.

Charmante batisse le Cadre est agréable au calme avec la piscine en retrait le personnel est accueillant le repas et le pdj au top chambre agréable correspond à ce que nous avions réservé à conseiller à une famille avec enfant même en bas ages

Chambre très propre, lit de bonne qualité, surface un peu réduite. Par contre très déçu par le restaurant.... Il faut choisir son plat avant 19h00 ?? Menu annoncé 28 euros, payé 29 .... Entrée demi portion de quiche, ridicule. Dessert moitié de part de gâteau, ridicule ! Et plat copieux, mais sec et réchauffé (cuisse de lapin). Rapport qualité prix : nul !

This hotel is not somewhere you want to stay. Unhelpful and unsympathetic management in a crisis. These are people to avoid doing business with and you wouldn't want to associate with. Best give this hotel a miss. Plenty of other much better hotels in the area.

La chambre est grande et décorée avec des meubles de goût et la literie est très confortable. La vue sur la vallée depuis la piscine est magnifique. Si vous cherchez un endroit au calme et reposant c'est l idéal, tout en étant à environ une dizaine de kilomètres de la ville la plus proche et nombreux endroits à visiter autour. Petit déjeuner copieux de qualité. Réceptionniste sympathique et à l'écoute.

Having had an unexpected cancer diagnosis and needing urgent chemotherapy treatment, I was obliged to cancel my trip to France. I requested a refund from Madame Carline Huque at Hotel La Bastie D Urfe, This request was refused several times despite giving over two months notice. I was surprised given every other French hotel was sympathetic to my situation and were compassionate enough to refund without hesitation. Several even sent notes wishing me well for my treatment and recovery. Everyone received the same 2 months notice. Hotel La Bastie D Urfe were singular in their refusal to refund. They subsequently failed to respond to my follow-up emails appealing for them to do the same as everyone else. Cancer care could be needed urgently by any one of us, or, by our friends or family. And the treatment is tough. Please support me and my request for a refund and don't stay here... * I suppose it takes a particular type of person to take over a hotel known locally as ‘Murder Hotel’. A few years ago, Alfredo Stranieri, a guest and serial killer, took a liking to the place and forced the previous owners, Nicole Rousseau and Claude Moulythe, to sign a deed of sale before shooting them. He buried the bodies beneath the flower bed at the entrance and proceeded to run the hotel himself.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits , en chambre standard. avec petits déjeuner et 1 repas du soir inclus dans notre Smartbox , d’une valeur de 300€ .. , nous n’avons pas eu le choix du menu du soir. Il nous a été imposé . Je trouve cela dommage . D’autant plus que c’était pas fabuleux : : Quiche poireaux + Viande (trop cuite , on nous a pas demandé la cuisson des viandes) avec frites surgelées et un dessert surgelé . J’aurais préféré avoir des spécialités de la région !! Sinon , Accueil satisfaisant par la gérante des lieux , qui manque tout de même de dialogue avec la clientèle. Le petit déjeuner , sous forme de buffet est copieux 👍
