This trip was our first family ski trip and AC Baqueira was perfect. Our Spring Break this year coincided with my wife's birthday and my son's birthday. I called ahead to ask if they could do something special for my wife's birthday and son's birthday. We have Celiac disease and can't eat gluten. Gloria in guest relations talked to the chef and they made my wife a delicious gluten free chocolate tort. 2 days later in a different restaurant inside the hotel, my son was presented with a gluten free cheesecake. It was the most delicious cheesecake we have ever eaten. We ate at Raclette and 4 Valleys and the food was delicious in both restaurants. The food in the SnoBar is also good. It was hard to find the entrance to the hotel because it is up a hill behind a wall and there are no signs. However, as soon as I turned into the loading area, we were met by Tomas. He took our skis to our locker, our bags to our room, and parked our car. Gloria met us in the lobby and confirmed our dinner reservations for my wife's birthday. She gave me a WhatsApp phone number to contact her if I needed anything. When we got to our room my wife said, "They were treating us like we were movie stars. Why were they being so nice to us?" The hotel itself is fine in everyway. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, etc. The breakfast is next level terrific. They offer a ton of gluten free food options and their servers understand celiac disease. It is a very convenient, easy walk to the slopes. However, what makes this hotel stand out to me was the terrific service we received from everyone.

GRACIAS, de todo corazón al equipo del hotel. Ha sido un viaje inolvidable. Me he sentido muy cuidada en todo momento. Habéis estado atentos a mi, siempre con una sonrisa en la cara, con cualquier petición. En especial quiero agradeceros a Gloria y Sofía por hacer de este viaje una experiencia inolvidable. Nous adorons séjourner dans cet hôtel si accueillant. Ca fait plusieurs années que nous revenons. A chaque fois nous apprécions l'amabilité du personnel, les sourires, les petites attentions ( la petite bouteille d'eau fournie tous les soirs avec un chocolat), l'emplacement si pratique et le petit déjeuner copieux composé d'excellents produits.

El precio que se paga se ve reflejado en infinidad de cosas: amabilidad, servicio, comodidad, limpieza etc. sin duda alguna volveremos en familia La cercanía de los guarda Skis, del tele cabina , son cosas a tener en cuenta, se paga por algo El personal muy atento, cualquier cosa que pidas intentan resolverlo lo antes posible. Beautiful hotel with really wonderful staff in a magical position, especially if you’re a skier. Breakfast is superb. And a particular mention for concierge Gloria; for her fantastic recommendations and for organising everything so effortlessly. We have stayed many times before and will def be back!

Un hotel bonito, comodo en la galeria. Excesivamente caro para lo que es. Lo imperdonable es que parece un hotel para adultos: los niños no pueden estar en la piscina. En el salon del bar tampoco pueden estar contigo aunque no haya nadie mas y esten sumamente tranquilod en familia. No volveremos

El lugar al que siempre queremos volver, el mejor hotel sin duda y una atención al cliente inmejorable, con especial atención a familias. Gloria Vannini y todo el equipo nos dieron un trato excepcional. La mejor ubicación con diferencia (junto al guarda esquís y el telecabina que sube directamente a pistas) Además ofrecen una guía de pistas para recorrer la estación, tiene mucho encanto. El mejor hotel de todos. La comida exquisita, tanto la del restaurante como la del Sbar. La Raclette está riquísima!! El desayuno combina buffet y a la carta, estupendo. El spa, lo mejor para terminar la jornada y recuperarse 100%. El equipo te asesora muy bien sobre los tratamientos. Recomiendo el masaje sueco y el deportivo, aunque me quedé con ganas de probarlos todos (no os olvidéis de reservar antes de subir a esquiar). El gimnasio, de los mejores en los que he estado. Tienen una zona de juegos para niños genial y tuvimos la suerte de que Celeste se encargase estos días de los niños. Nuestra hija feliz y nosotros más. Incluso pudimos disfrutar de una copa tranquilos junto a la chimenea mientras nuestra hija se lo pasaba genial jugando con otros niños. Todo cómodo, todo a mano, todo perfecto. Hemos ido varias veces y siempre se superan. Gracias por unas vacaciones perfectas. Personal y hotel 10!

Nos ha sorprendido Baqueira y sus pueblos de alrededores ya que era la primera vez q íbamos al Valle de Aran, y que conocimos gracias a los consejos de Gloria Vannini, que nos ha ayudado desde el departamento de Guest Relations. Desayuno increíble y mejor atención, sabiendo por mas q hayamos estado escasos 5 días, nuestros gustos desde el primer día y casi sin pedirlos, los teníamos en la mesa. No hay dudas q nuestros días de ski fueron mas gratos al saber que llegábamos al hotel y nos sentíamos como en casa para reponer energías. La atención cercana sin ser invasiva es la mejor que uno puede aspirar a recibir cuando estas en un hotel con tu pareja. Felicitaciones a todo el equipo, front desk, ayudantes, y a toda la gente q no vemos y que también hace que todo funcione casi a la perfección. Volveremos sin dudas. Hasta pronto !!!
