The breakfast at this hotel is fabulous, sadly the hotel isn’t close to many tourist attractions so would not return on this basis. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Service was good very clean. However it was too far from the airport and not much to shop around. As there was no shopping center nearby walking distance.

Royal Orchid Central Grazia, Navi Mumbai I am impressed with the staffs, they were awesome, helpful and friendly. The security are excellent they ensure the guest are well taken care of. The food was excellent. Highly recommended to stay if you in Mumbai

We had a great stay.staff were very helpful.property needs little renovation.service was good.buffet Breakfast it was plenty of varieties with live counter.chef aman served me a fluffy omelette.evening we had buffet and it was delicious specialy Bengali style chicken.chef arun also offered us some delicious starters. Overall nice stay .I specifically thank Raghu and Narayan.

I reached the hotel at midnight. after having woken up at 4 am the previous morning, I just wanted to crash in the bed and sleep. However, the hotel assigned me a smoking room. As soon as I entered the room, the strong smoke smell hit me. I asked the hotel why they gave me a smoking room and their response was that because I didn't ask for a non smoking room while booking!! In all my hotel stays, non-smoking room is the default choice and you have to specifically ask if you need a smoking room. They claimed they didn't have any other rooms to accomodate me. Unfortunately had to sleep in the same room with a headache from the smell. Will never recommend this property to anyone.

I had a great time with royal orchid Central grazia. The was very comfortable the ambiance was very nice the staff is very polite and prompt specially mr. Rajeev, ms.Mansi, ms minal and mr. Vickyfood was very delicious I would love to visit again

I can't stop raving about this place! The welcome drinks were fantastic, the staff was incredibly polite, and the pillows were unbelievably fluffy. The buffet was so yummy, and the pool was just perfect. And don't get me started on the breathtaking view and the lovely music. Every little detail was just right. I adore the outdoors here; it's just wonderful.

I stayed with Royal Orchid Central,Navi Mumbai with my family, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this hotel.The food is very good specially the buffet spead is huge.The front desk operates round the clock & always ready to help you.Checkin was very quick they also upgraded to their higher category.

Stay was very good & comfortable,the room was cozy with modern decor.The staff at the front desk is smiling & ready to assist all the time.Would like to specially mention Rajeeb,Burhan Vicky & kavil ,they all just great. They also have beautiful pool side area on the roof top .

I always prefers to stay with royal orchid central grazia vashi.I recommend room no 511 it's a very spacious club room ,always love to stay here.Would like to recommend front desk team who were always ready to assist & one stop shop for all your queries. Stay was very good & comfortable st Royal orchid Central Grazia in Vashi.They also swimming pool at roof top which looks very amazing.The room was very cosy with all other amenities.Best part was that the front desk team was always ready to assist with their beautiful smile.

Rude staff at reception, stinking damp rooms, blocked shower, shower door did not close & looded the bathroom, no shower gel in bottle- all in all very very horrible experience. Reception staff not at all cooperative or helpful specially Mr Sahil and the a lady (name I forgot).
