Club Wyndham Elysian Beach Resort

Nice place to stay! The room was very clean, the bed was comfy. I really appreciate the speed at which things you need are brought to you and the upkeep of the grounds. Do yourself a favor and just text what you need(as they suggest) instead of calling. Things are usually brought to you very quickly. Every day the grounds people were out taking care of the place making it look nice. I mention this because we went on excursion that began at another more popular Wyndham resort and there was trash on the ground everywhere. The staff is a little standoffish, but they do take care of you. I definitely would stay here again. Do yourself a favor, and donate to a charity and get yourself a room key bracelet. They look nice and are super convenient.

NOT a resort. Just a plain Condo development on a really crappy little beach which is actually a marina. I would never stay here again. a " Resort" without a Fitness facility? NEVER. No Gym on premises. Only positive...you can walk to the Ritz Carelton

A great place to stay with an amazing private beach! The only thing I will say is if you don’t plan to rent a car, definitely stock up on water before arriving because they don’t offer snacks or water in the lobby unlike most hotels, and therefore you’re stuck needing 1s for the vending machine which is hard to find. The hotel was beautiful though, great location and near the ferry, but the staff wasn’t the kindest we’ve ever dealt with. The front staff were uninterested and vague and the maintenance guy who drives you to your room is super aggressive and mean. The restaurant staff were all amazing and super helpful & personable though which made up for the other staff members!

Clean property, but not much to do there. Lovely beach connected to the property and ability to snorkel or kayak, but the boats in the way took away from the beach feel for me…and the food was not worth the cost at all.

The property was very clean. The best part was the extremely friendly and helpful staff. Amazing restaurants! Very disappointed there was no service to our room during our stay which is one of those vacation perks.

Hubby and I stated at the Wyndham Elysian Beach Resort at the end of April in a studio room. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation. No issues with electricity. We didn't rent a car but hired JJ Transportation to take us to various destinations. We were very happy with them. The resort has a lot of units and lots of steps. But if you call you can get a ride. The landscaping at the resort is beautiful. There are many flowers and other tropical plants. The pool was probably the nicest we've ever been in. The temperature of the pool water and even the ocean were perfect. Not the nicest beach. There was a good bit of seaweed so I'm glad I wore water shoes. We were the only people who participated in a couple of activities. Staff was pretty good. There are a couple of restaurants on the property, both good but different from each other. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this resort (our first St. Thomas vacation).

The property is beautiful the staff was good. They don’t have everyday guest service: u have to call them if you need clean towels and toilet tissue or clean sheets. The service is not automatic like everywhere else that’s the only thing I didn’t like. Overall it is a very beautiful property

Do not stay, such a dump. Overall looked like a great place from pictures but once onsite it’s not as advertised. We’ve lost power and internet access multiple times during stay yet we have to pay a daily power fee. Don’t sound right.. Pool was the main reason we booked but there is no water ? Not even waste deep so not able to swim. Guest service is pointless, asked them about the pool and pretty much was told it is what it is yet the bar staff told me they know about the issues as there is a leak in the pool and the use water trucks to keep filling it up. If you want a pool then would advise against booking here. Rooms are sad, rusty refrigerators, bathrooms are odd with open windows to the walkway lacking privacy. No ac in bathrooms. Restaurant at resort are way overpriced and not worth the value. Would recommend eating out. Bartender at pool bar not very friendly, must only want to cater to owners or full time residents as he seemed very annoyed when trying to order a drink.

Sangrias had great staff and food was good! Caribbean fish market is OK. Office staff were extremely friendly and super helpful.
