Spacious, confortable and quiet room, great shower. Breakfast tastes amazing with generous portions. Great location, not far from the airport, close to the beach and many restaurants. Worth a stop. We stayed here at the beginning of our trip around Sri Lanka and it felt great to end our journey at this lovely place with a very kind and helpful host.

Un lugar agradable, muy limpio y acogedor. El desayuno espectacular. Nos recibieron con un refresco y nos ayudaron con todo lo que necesitábamos. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables y atentos con nosotros. MUCHAS GRACIAS!! Ojalá poder volver pronto.

Perfect stay in Negombo! While the city is a bit chaotique sometimes you will find a piece of serenity and calm in this hotel. The staff is so helpful and nice. The pool, the bar and the room a very clean and tidy. You will have some rest before starting or living Negombo.

Just had the most phenomenal 5 nights at Hotel Bluebird from when we booked for communication to our arrival. Ajith and his family have been most amazing host and couldn't have done enough for us, breakfast was amazing especially the sri Lankan style, Ajith organised our tour to the elephant orphanage and Kandy which was epic The rooms were great we booked independently via *********** and to our delight was connecting rooms for our girls, we all had lots of space and plenty of charging points. The hotel is just a short walk to the beach its situated right in the heart of all the great restaurants Great little find very accommodating family run business

I stayed here two nights before moving on. The family who run it are just wonderful, they made me feel very welcome. The room was one of the larger rooms which had a large double and a large single. It even had a table and chairs as well! Breakfast was served upstairs and was just right. The owner made me eggs on the first day and there was also Sri Lankan to choose from as well as toast, fruit. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel is set down a side street away from the hustle and bustle yet within walking distance of the bars and restaurants so I had a very restful two nights sleep. I shall be recommending to friends and would love to visit again. Thank you 😊

Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend. Wir erhielten zur Begrüßung ein leckeres Erfrischungsgetränk und ein Lächeln der freundlichen Rezeptionistin. Das Hotelzimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Personal hat uns bei allen Fragen weitergeholfen und uns unkompliziert und preiswert einen Transfer in die nächste Stadt organisiert. Einen kleinen Abzug gibt es darum, weil wir auf den vereinbarten Flughafen-Transfer 50 Minuten warten mussten. Ansonsten sind wir voll eins zufrieden und würden dieses Hotel jedem weiter empfehlen, der von Negombo eine Weiterreise plant.

We stayed 2 night at a wonderful place, 𝔹𝕝𝕦𝕖 bird hotel Negombo. It has great comfortable rooms, fantastic bed, airco and a fan, hot water but the most important is the hotel is run by a fantastic family. They will help you with everything, COVID test, your laundry, taxi or TukTuk, diner, shopping advice ……. Really everything. It’s a real family run class hotel. Speak good English and their daughter knows all good places to go and you can ask her everything. Near a lot of restaurants and a few bars and souvenir shops.
