We didn’t stay at Jetwing Blue – Negombo, what a regret. We stayed at Heritance Negombo – do not recommend. We ventured to Jetwing Blu for drinks at their bar. Once there the team was so welcoming. They were friendly and engaging and full of excitement. They recommended we try their dinner service. Special arrangements were made immediately with their Chef Shehan. We returned later that evening. Wowza! What a delicious seafood feast. Chef Shehan personally attended to us and made sure we were treated to a most spectacular dinner. Although they didn’t have the items on their menu, he made a very special seafood meal we had requested, complete with a special request for masala chai. Absolutely Magnificent! Thank you to the entire team at Jetwing Blu who went over and above for guests who weren’t even staying their resort. You guys are amazing. Next visit, we are most definitely staying at Jetwing Blu!

The spa is excellent. Very clean rooms. Nice fragrances. The therapist are great. Especially Julian is very dedicated to his work. He is very professional and modest. I sincerely recommend his work. Especially for his dedication. And the Balinese therapists are also having a high level of professionalism.
