Beaches Negril Resort and Spa - All Inclusive

My family spent a week at Beaches Negril, our 5th trip to this property. We stayed in a W1BG room, which had plenty of room for our family of 5. We are always amazed at how friendly and welcoming the entire staff is at the resort. Having been to other countries in the Caribbean for vacation, we believe that there are few cultures that are as friendly and welcoming to tourists as Jamaicans. In particular, the entirety of the dive team (as always) went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Garvindale, Akeem, Caveen, Glenroy, Garth, and Cretin went above and beyond to make our Scuba Diving amazing, especially for our newly certified 10 year old. 15 dives in 7 days! Additionally, Sharece in the concierge department took care of any issues that popped up, and ensured that our restaurant and spa bookings were flawless. Thank you to everyone at the resort, and we look forward to seeing you again next year!

This was my second time visiting Beaches Negril and fourth time at a Beaches or Sandals. It is also probably my last. We pay a premium for an all inclusive resort however this visit due to capacity issues not all the restaurants were open. The food selection at the buffet which was the main location always open was awful. The deserts tasted stale. The bar and restaurant staff also seemed very unpleasant. The resort as a whole needs a lot of upgrades and fixing, their waterpark has features that are broken. The pool was very cloudy. I just felt pretty dirty overall. It's definitely not worth the price. I gave this three stars because my kids still had a great time. The entertainment staff was great. However I will not be going back and I do not think we should have paid such a premium for what we got.

We have been staying at Beaches Negril, more times than we can remember and have always had a wonderful time but this year exceeded our very expectation and then some. The employees were kind, attentive and delivered exceptional service day after day. We travelled with two other families and everyone seemed to know our kiddos and were always checking in on them. We truly felt like family. The Food and Beverage Team were all around stars. Marjorie Ann, Kerry Ann (Restaurant Manger at Mariachi) always met us with the warmest most inviting smiles. Keja, Taza Lee, Zandre, Kelli, Camilla, Lesmore and Nickeisha made every dining experience memorable. I can’t thank Ashara enough for making sure Almond milk was always available at Cafe de Paris. Boxer’s Team at the Watersports shop deserves 10s across the board. Julian made all the non swimmers (me) feel included on the snorkeling trip. I tried to stay on the boat but he was very patient and encouraged me to join in and Im so glad I did. Every time I walked by the Front Desk, Jaiana, Luther and Antonia always had a kind word and the brightest smiles. Thanks to Trevor and Colette from the Loyalty Desk, we will be back next year. Management was visible the ENTIRE trip, we ran into Danielle the Hotel Manage Noel from the Photo Desk, Belinda from the Gift Shop and Miguel the Entertainment Manager. The Executive Chef stopped by to chat with us and asked us for feedback. The effort to be more engaging with the guest community was felt and everyone in our party felt valued. It would be remiss of me to not mention the Entertainment Team - They were IMPRESSIVE!!!!!! We enjoyed the shows, the kiddos enjoyed the daytime activities and of course the silent disco. We have watched Delano blossom and thrive in his role over the years and we hope that he will soon be promoted. Nene was a sweetheart and we enjoyed talking with her. It is not lost on me that the staff who made this trip especially memorable for our entire family, are still grappling with challenges brought on by the passage of hurricane Beryl. They are incredibly talented and dedicated - this is why we keep coming back. PS: Big ups to the chef who made the octopus run down!!!!!!

We just completed our first 7 night trip to beaches negril with our two boys 18 and 17 years old. We have been to beaches Turks and Caicos 5 times and wanted to try something new. We were not disappointed. We stayed in the eventide 4 bedroom roof top and it was amazing. The accommodations were spacious and perfect. This was our first time doing a butler. We had Anthony and Schenise. They treated us like family from the moment we arrived until we got into the vehicle to head to the airport. They catered to all our needs and provided some special touches along the way. Both were great people and took the time to get to know our boys. We had the sense that they really cared about us. This is one difference we found from Turks is that the people on resort were extremely nice and cheerful no matter where we went. The food was very good and the atmosphere was great. We are excited with all the work that is going on there as they continue to make improvements to enhance the experience. I do need to mention the water sports. This was by far the best we have seen during our 7 stays with sandals and beaches. The staff was amazing and offered so many varieties of water activities. Often times other resort will list something only to find it's not available when you arrive. Not here, they have everything! My son and I decided to get certified is scuba after talking with Glenroy. He made this experience a blast! Not only did we learn a lot but we got to see a lot too! Dolphins, turtles, stingrays and much more. I highly recommend Glenroy if you are new to scuba as he makes it fun and easy to learn. We also had an amazing boat ride as a family with Alex and David. This two were amazing and shared information about the island throughout the cruise and took us to some very special spots for us to experience. This was by far our best beaches vacation and we decided to book again for next year in negril. Thank you to the entire beaches negril team for making this a great experience and special thank you to Anthony, Schenise, Glenroy, Alex and David for making us feel like home, you guys are awesome! Staff at the pool were rude and refused to open the lazy river. And an albino shrimp gave me a rash. and it looks like undercover mold near the ac in the room to be specific 414. And the bartender Mark was the goat.my family all got a rash.but most of the stuff was free.

Love love this Beaches resort . It’s the best place in the 7 mile beach . Food is so good . Employees are wonderful . Lancelot keeps this place going great . Concierge is wonderful . Montoya,Sabrina went above and beyond for us . The lifeguards on the beach are wonderful and helpful . Deshawn was the Best ! The Stewfish for breakfast is the bomb .. the bartenders on the beach work so hard. The rooms are clean and so comfy . We will be back

Resort and staff are awesome. Beach is near perfect (vendors frequently approach but are not rude or too pushy). Our room was WBS category and excellent location in Savannah. Only downside is dinner restaurant options. We had to repeat multiple restaurants during our 7 night stay which was not ideal. Food was good in my opinion.

If you go I recommend you try to find Delly. Very nice resort, even nicer people. Plan on coming back soon and I can't wait. Certainly recommend going. At the bar at the main pool the best bartenders to go to are either Leon, Rojaye, or Monique. Make great drinks for both kids and adults. Make sure you meet the entertainment crew when they walk around in the crowd after the shows they are very nice and will take some pictures. Everyone there is nice. Out of the 3 times I have been there with my family we were very sad to leave after we made great friends with some of the staff. We love everyone there and can't wait to go back!

We (my wife, son (11) and daughter (9)) have been to all Beaches resorts. We stayed for 7 nights in a beautiful and spacious oversized concierge family suite. By far not the most expensive room but also not the cheapest. There was plenty of room for our family even if we were to be in the room for more than sleeping and getting ready. We are always out of the room. On to the review, hopefully this will help others to just go for it. I am going to start with the negatives. I had to really search and nitpick to come up with some negatives. While the main room was fresh and updated the bathroom felt a little worn and tired. The caulking was a little visibly cracked around the tub and the paint on parts of the ceiling was painted over many times and a corner of the vent was hanging causing some areas to just look a little old. Additionally, some of the clothes hooks were replaced and the surrounding areas were not patched really well. The toilet had some issues with flushing effectively causing us to have to flush 2-3 times in some instances. I am OCD with these things and when I mentioned it to my wife, except for the toilet, she had no idea what I was talking about. Plus I did say that I was nitpicking to find some negatives. For our night/late evening swims we did not always find pool towels. However I do not attribute this as a fault of the resort. During the day I would always see guests/families with 3-4 times as many towels as they need trying to hold chairs at the pool AND at the beach…you know 1 towel for each chair another to fold or roll to put on each chair and then the actual towel they would use. For a family of 3 that’s already 12-18 towels. The pool staff would work tirelessly to replenish the towels throughout the day but that’s a huge hurdle to overcome. So we became part of the problem and would just take 4 towels to make sure we had for our late dip. Again these negatives were me looking to write about something that was less than stellar and wasn’t even close to being an issue for us. Upon arriving to MBJ airport there is a Sandals/Beaches only lounge (not club Mobay) where you can enjoy drinks and snacks while you have a short wait for your bus to the resort. The drive to the resort flew by; there was a lot to see and the driver gave us information about the island at various points. So it did not seem like it was a 90 minute ride. As soon as you arrive on property, you begin to get pampered. I have to give a huge thank you to the concierge team for making us feel so special throughout our stay. especially Anya, Sabrena, and Tyree!! They were always so attentive and helpful. Anya remembered us by name and remembered our room number after seeing us twice (and we weren’t even complainers lol). You must stop by and see Monique the bartender at the main pool bar. She absolutely makes the best drinks!!! Her BBCs, dirty bananas, and hummingbirds are sooooo delicious, even though there were no bananas due to the hurricane. She
