After visiting Havelock WE arrived in this lovely place very quiet and near a beautiful beach. The main strength of the resort is the staff. The head cook and the manager do great job, are very nice and helpful. We loved our stay there and hope to Come back soon.

Emerald gecko is surely the best resort if you want to discover Neil’s Island. the members of the staff were very kind, interesting and helpful. Also the cooking was amazing with very local products that they find in the surroundings of the resort. Thank you all the staff we had a great moment in Emerald Gecko 😉

My Stay at Emerald Gecko was phenomenal. Had a nice natural feel to it with beach view and seperate food lounge for early morning breakfast! I stayed there for 4 days. Restaurants are nearby. I highly recommend this place!

Located a stone's throw from Sitapur beach, the cottages were surrounded by fields of red pumpkin, tall coconut trees and a flock of chicken. We had a lovely time at this idyllic setup, and even sampled the pumpkin and chicken from the farm in the dinner fare. Our three day stay at Emerald Gecko, Neil Island was relaxing and enjoyable. We were glad to make the acquaintance of Richard, their knowledgeable chef, and Aparna, who ably managed the kitchens. The front desk, managed by Anirban, was a delight to behold. Santu Da was very helpful. The staff were very courteous and professional.

I stayed in the double room for 2 nights. It is very close to Sitapur beach which is known for its sunrise. The rooms are spacious with seating space on the ground and the bedroom in the floor above. Bedroom has a mosquito net and a futon to sleep. The front opens to a garden and the backyard has more space to sit and chill. Lots of dogs and puppies around ❤️ No tv, no wi fi in rooms and very limited and slow in the restaurant area for specific hours and no phone network. Only BSNL works. I loved it, digital detox for me! People around are helpful. It’s a small island so major tourist attractions are all nearby. They don’t serve lunch. Only breakfast and dinner but you have few options around to have food.
