Worst services in every manner room service,house keeping,wifi,mobileconnectivity, food, intercom etc. Bathrooms are average clean, low water pressure, broken taps,regular electricity failure and power backup doesn't works properly

The hotel's rooms are very luxurious and have balcony with sofa where you can enjoy the view of nature. Hotel is near to Bharatpur Beach , one can njoy the beach anytime.Staff behaviour are good and restaurant of the hotel make very good food .

Our stay at the hotel was enjoyable and comfortable. The excellent service and convenient location were the highlights of our visit. Food was good too I would recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Room flooring is old and damaged. Bathroom fittings are damaged. Reception staff and even manager is not helpful. Pool is not clean. Water level is low. No matter of choosing Super deluxe room with sea view and pool view it is a waste of money. Food option in breakfast is very less. 1) Room is old, furniture is poor, not as per 4 star category 2) Wash basin coupling is missing 3) Shower Net is missing 4) Mixer is inappropriate 5) Bath tub is not clean. 6) They are not providing hand wash. 7) Swimming pool is not clean and even water level is low. 8) Broken benches at pool side Overall Worst experience......

This resort is just outstanding.. Management is so caring towards guests & staffs also.. Being as staff, I do recommend this place to visit.. Owner is so careful towards all the people entered inside. I personally thankful to the services .

Food was okay, our family is veg. I think more stess is given on sea food/ non-vegetarian. Service n location is good but lot of upkeep is required. We took 2 rooms n stayed for two days, we were disappointed to know that swimming pool was not operational as we booked the hotel to avail this facility otherwise we would have booked other hotel.

Despite requesting a room with a properly functioning AC, the initial room provided had an AC unit that was not cooling effectively. Multiple complaints were necessary before being offered an alternative room late at night. The hotel's decision to change rooms came at 11 PM, which was inconvenient and raises questions about why this could not have been addressed earlier. The swimming pool was initially unclean, and although it was cleaned upon request, the presence of street dogs around the pool area was bothersome and unaddressed by the hotel staff. The food ordered during the swim was served burnt, and even after returning it, the replacement was also unsatisfactory, leading to the food being given to the dogs. The room and bathroom were not well-maintained, with noticeable spider webs indicating a lack of cleanliness. The intercom system was not functioning, which led to a staff member coming to the room for checkout notification. A significant privacy issue occurred when a staff member entered the room without permission while we were changing clothes, highlighting a serious concern for personal safety and privacy. Overall the stay at Pearl Park was marred by several service and maintenance issues that significantly impacted the comfort and satisfaction of the stay. The lack of timely and effective response from the hotel staff, coupled with concerns about privacy and cleanliness, suggests a need for considerable improvement in guest services and facilities.

A very good property located on the laxmanpur beach, well maintained and the sunset view is awesome from the resort, One doesnt have to go into the crowd hustle, instead the calm & serenity of the setting sun is a beautiful thing to watch, Swimming pool is good at the resort. Food is good , though service is below average at the restaurant. Rooms should have more fan or an extra air conditioning as the temperature here is bit higher than Havelock or port blair
