Loved it, the owners even turned on beautiful weather for us! It was heavenly sitting outside in the sunshine with a wine, smelling the perfume from the flowers and admiring the view.
So cleverly designed for privacy.
Appreciated the little touches such as the binoculars and cushions. My partner would like to give special mention to the shower layout, you can turn the shower on without getting wet!!!

Top notch accomodation with stunning views over the ocean. Kim, the manager, was very easy to contact and arrange our arrival. The apartment was large, beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed. You could live there forever! Highly recommend this accomodation for future travellers.

Unbelievable view, fantastic apartment, awesome
Fantastic apartment, everything you could ask for. Unbelievable views through the huge picture window in the living room. Fantastic bedroom with even more views and the bathroom was very roomy and well set out. We loved our stay and would highly recommend to anyone.

Amazing location and hosts but needing an upgrade
The Wheelhouse Inn has an amazing location and amazing views towards the sea. There are a lot of thoughtful touches and the apartment is well-equipped. The love and care of the owners can be seen in everything. Also had a few chats with Ralph who is absolutely charming and willing to help in anyway. The cons: It's as well maintained and clean as an older apartment can but still it smells old, it looks old, it feels old. Also the beds were very worn, soggy and wobbly. Also missing a dishwasher which meant that to be on the safe side you needed to wash everything before using it (previously guests wash in a hurry on a check out day). It was nice but not luxury as it's branded and for the price it would need a complete upgrade.
Don't get me wrong, it is a nice and extremely well-run and well-maintained place with lovely hosts! Just a bit disappointed with the high expectations from the raving reviews and highish price.

Die Unterkunft punktet direkt mit einer unfassbaren Aussicht, über einige Stufen erreicht man das kleine Holzdeck mit Tisch und Stühlen ausgestattet und einer verglasten Doppeltür zum Eingang. Das Innere des Appartements zeigt sich in einem großem hellen Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und einer offenen Küche mit Tresen. Ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit Blick auf das Meer und ein Bad, mit riesiger Dusche schließen sich an. Die Möbel sind nicht mehr die neuesten, aber es ist gepflegt und sehr sauber. Es fehlt an nichts, sei es in der Küche, Sonnenschirm für den Tisch, Babybett, zusätzliche Kissen, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Wir wünschten uns, dass wir länger als 2 Nächte hätten bleiben können.
