I booked into the Presidential suite for 3 nights but stayed for 1 (23 June). Not even close to 5 star. The room door did not lock from the outside, the bathroom tap had a leak and when I tried to close the bathroom door it did not close fully, the TV remote from the room next door was controlling my TV so I could not relax and watch TV, the bed was very noisy and you could also clearly hear the conversations and TV from the room next door. I explained the issues to the manager who said she would speak to the owners about a refund. Later in the day the manager called and confirmed the refund would be done but I should wait a week or so. A week later I get a message from the manager saying there are now new owners (nor mentioned before) and they are still going to meet to discuss my refund. Awaiting feedback and my refund
