Catastrophe cet hôtel , très très très loin d’un 4 Etoile. -parking : oui mais introuvable , alors vous téléphoné le no de tél, un répondeur. Le gardien de nuit … profite de la nuit ! - ascenseur : oui, mais le personnel a oublié de vous signaler que le 5e est desservi uniquement avec l’ascenseur de droite. Allez à Crans Montana, la bas ces choses sont gérées différemment -

Standort gleich neben Bergbahn (mit Lift gehts hoch).
Spa: Offen von 10-20.00 Uhr. Schön gemacht. Gute Auswahl an Saunen / Dampfbäder. Pool eher kühl. Nur Wasser, keine Teestation (haben ansonsten viele Hotels).
Service: Franz oder/und Englisch. Habe nach Kaffeekapseln an der Rezeption gefragt, hatten keine und konnten mir nicht weiterhelfen. Danach 2x Zimmerservice angerufen und nochmals Rezeption, niemand abgenommen.
Ausstatung Zimmer: Super, vor allem da ich eine Dusche und Badewanne hatte. Bademantel, Badeschuhe, Shampoo, Haircondidior, Wattenstäbchem, Shaving, Duschmittel und Föhn vorhanden. Kaffeemaschine mit 2 Sorten Tee. 1x Stilles Wasser.
Frühstück: Nicht dem Standart entsprechend. Nichts angeschrieben. Keine Glutenfreie Cracker oder Ähnliches. Gewisse Eierspeisen müssen bezahlt werden. Habe mich auf Pancake gefreut wie auf den Bilder, wurde leider enttäuscht da nicht vorhanden. Dafür Quichelorain, Lachs, Trutenbrust, Rohschinken, Würstchen, Rührei, Tirolercake, Croissant, Roggenbrot, Cornflacks, Soja- und Mandelmilch…

Quel déception! Nous sommes allés pour la 4eme fois à cette hôtel. Nos sejours ont toujours été parfaits mais là c était franchement lamentable. Les bains etaient froid, 3 installations du spa etaient fermées. Nous avons indiqué au personnel du spa que cela ne jouait pas et la reponse a été, on sait et on transmets a la direction. Et je ne m attarderai pas sur le reponse de la reception qui nous indique qu il y a des problemes techniques et que l eau etait encore plus froide la semaine d avant. Ce n est pas le probleme du client mais de la direction qui doit faire le necessaire avant de recevoir des clients. Si le spa et les bains ne sont pas fonctonnels le client doit etre avertit avant son sejour avec possibilité de report et là cela n a absolument pas ete le cas. J ajouterai que le service du restaurant du carnotzet a ete lent et imprecis. Par contre, la cuisine est bonne mais les assiettes trop peu fournies. Voila, j espere que la direction reprendra les choses en main et ameliorera les choses, là cela vaut tout juste un petit 3 etoiles!

L’endroit est splendide, très propre, un accueil chaleureux, une chambre avec vue sur les montagnes , un style de décoration magnifique, le spa est grand, luxueux propre , grand buffet pour le petit déjeuner, personnel au petit soin , sympa et souriant . Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour .

Un hôtel top classe où il fait bon séjourner. Situé dans le centre de Nendaz, c’est un lieu incontournable pour passer d’agréables vacances. De la chambre au spa, du restaurant à la terrasse, tout est agréable. Le personnel est attentif et à l’écoute des clients.

Das Hotel ist schön, die 4 Valles-Suite sehr pittoresk, doch der Service ist höchstens mässig. Das Personal ist nicht sehr aufmerksam und dem Standart des Hotels nicht angemessen. Enttäuschend. Man merkte überdeutlich, dass nicht Hauptsaison war.
