Wonderful peaceful bed and breakfast (lovely breakfast with views of the ocean). Well worth the price. The beds are super comfortable. The room is spotless and I look forward to returning soon. It is centrally located with easy access to both Ocean Grove and Asbury Park.

The inn was wonderful. So wonderful we extra additional day. Our room and baths were well appointed. The common areas very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the huge front porch! Reading or just relaxing and watching the ocean was such a treat. Staff is very knowledgeable about the area and advice was spot on. Looking forward to a return trip.

This was our first visit to The Ocean Plaza Hotel and we will definitely make plans to return. Parking is right out front, which is nice. Effie and Yvette (front desk) were wonderfully friendly and welcoming. Our first floor King room was lovely, quiet, and the bed comfort was excellent. We slept better than we do at home. The breakfast buffet was delicious and included a variety of hot and cold choices. The breakfast room has a view of the ocean (only a block away) and is a relaxing place to begin your day. Highly recommend The Ocean Plaza.

We had to reschedule our trip due to a medical emergency in early August. Lucas, Efy, and Yvette were all very understanding and welcomed us so warmly when we stayed at the Ocean Plaza in September! We had beautiful weather and enjoyed the beach every day! Delicious breakfasts on the balcony with ocean view added to our stay! We already booked 4 multi-day stays for 2025! We highly recommend the Ocean Plaza for a relaxing vacation!

Comfortable beds, clean rooms, attentive staff, delicious breakfast and a two-minute walk to the beach! The are indoor and outdoor spaces for group or individual sitting. Ocean view from breakfast and front porch. Ocean Grove is a beautiful town.

Love it more every time we go! Feel like it’s home and everyone is so nice. Breakfast fantastic-and the view is not bad either. The help really want you to enjoy breakfast, thank you to all of them. Rooms are spotless, the daily maid is so sweet- made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back as soon as possible.

Our annual ladies weekend was wonderful at our home away from home. The staff members are so accommodating. Breakfast is always wonderful. Beds are comfortable. The beach is beautiful. We will be back again next year for our 20th annual ladies weekend!

We are a group that have been going to the Ocean Plaza for years ... and we LOVE it! Everyone goes above and beyond to make our stay really lovely. The views from both porches of Ocean Pathway are some of the most beautiful that you can see anywhere. The breakfasts are delicious with hot choices as well as tasty pastries while you gaze at the morning sun glistening over the ocean like diamonds. Fellow guests are friendly... and a recent discussion agreed that Ocean Grove (OG) just makes everyone "happy." The location cannot be more perfect as it sits on the pathway, one block from the Great Auditorium and one block from the ocean. The best compliment is how often you find "repeat" guests that return to the Ocean Plaza from families young and old to friends and couples... just delightful to see. We had PERFECT weather this year so quite a few people still on the pristine beaches. Since we go after Labor Day, most of the crowds have left and the locals that have not closed up their tents or cottages yet will gladly fill you in on OG history. As stated, everyone is just friendly, helpful, and pleasant. There is a serenity that soothes the soul.

This is more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel. Very pretty and comfy with a big wrap around porch and close to the beautiful beach. The only drawback is the room size. The rooms are small. Still, the breakfast is great and the people are very accommodating. We loved it.
