Cascadas Family Resort

Would not stay here again. Not as advertised on website, beds are the worst I have ever slept in, couldn’t wait to get home to my own bed, and when your on holiday this shouldn’t be the case, the room was only cleaned once in 7 days, even after contacting and speaking with reception several times, my parents apartment was the same horrible bed, we had to ask for towels and toilet roll as this was never replenished during our stay, the duvets were dirty and stained with no covers on them at all. The saving grace was the Italian restaurant, very good food and attentive waiters, this was the only good thing about this resort. Clearly being used by residents who live for months at a time, no sun beds available during the day even tried the many pools. The restaurant for breakfast was dirty and had cobwebs in every corner, we had to ask most mornings for extra food as not replenished very quickly. One toaster for a lot of guests was tricky as very often a long wait to use this. Personally having stayed in other hotels in sunny beach, don’t waste your money better and more comfortable hotels and resorts for your money.
Melia Sunny Beach All Inclusive

It was already early October when we went, the Black Sea was so cold and cold. The hotel closed in mid-October. So very deserted. No one at the swimming pool. It's better in summer. All inclusive meals.
HI Hotels Imperial Resort - Ultra All Inclusive

We have very fond memories of our stay at the HI Hotels Imperial Resort. The hotel is located at the beginning of Sunny Beach, not far from Nessebar (a 25-minute walk), right by the sandy beach. The hotel itself leaves a positive impression and is comprised of three complexes. HOTEL / ROOMS (DeLuxe): - spacious rooms with balconies (sea and main pool views), carpeted floors, with elevator access to rooms, - rooms are equipped with LED TVs, a phone, and a safe (free of charge). - large and comfortable beds, - bathrooms are well-equipped with toiletries and clean, fragrant towels. - rooms are cleaned daily with towel replacement, - available iron, kettle, and ironing board (with deposit), - the hotel grounds are well signposted with directions to attractions, bars, etc, - there is a bus stop about 100 m from the hotel, allowing you to reach the city center, the airport, Burgas, Nessebar, Ravda, Sveti Vlas, Pomorie. RESTAURANTS / CUISINE / BARS: - the hotel has two restaurants (All Inclusive+) and two à la carte restaurants, - daily themed dinners, e.g., Greek, Arabic, Mediterranean, - restaurants offer a variety of dishes; there's a wide selection of food (though it's a shame that people waste so much), - there is a children's food area, - delicious coffee, cappuccino, and chocolate from Segafredo coffee machines, - tasty cold drinks from vending machines (I recommend cherry juice), - a Lobby Bar with original cocktails is available, and you can order a custom drink, - poolside food and drink area: late breakfast, snacks, fruits, fries, burgers, donuts, waffles, ice cream, drinks, etc, - all dining areas are well-maintained and clean, IMPORTANT: When you check out, your All Inclusive wristband is left so you can enjoy your food. POOL / BEACH / AMENITIES: - there are several pools, including an indoor pool and one for children with various water attractions, - the pool water is clean, and the area is well maintained, cleaned every morning, - there is a special play area for children, - the hotel provides beach towels (with a 20 LEV deposit at the lobby) that you can exchange daily, - access to the beach is through dunes (a 2-3 minute walk); the beach is large and clean, - there are sun loungers and umbrellas available at the beach for an additional fee, but you can also go with your own towel (there is a naturist beach nearby), - the hotel offers daily activities: daytime sports and physical games, evening shows in the amphitheater, - there is a fitness area and a gym available. SERVICE / STAFF: - good communication with the hotel, both before the stay (via email) and during the stay, - reception staff is very friendly and helpful, - the hotel manager is a true professional, always smiling, regardless of the situation, - the restaurant staff and cleaning crew are also very pleasant and diligent in their duties, - efficient and friendly animators who encourage guests to participate in activities, - the hotel has a currency exchange office wit
Sunny Day Club Hotel

Despite the fact that the interior of the rooms is not much new, the husband discovered that he feels like home! In terms of price/quality, the total of all in the hotel is much higher than the declared price! We liked it! Let's go back here!
MPM Hotel Kalina Garden - All Inclusive
3.8/545 Reviews
We booked the room and then we attempted to contact the property countless times to confirm our reservation and no one answered the phone. On arrival were met by a staff member that should not be working in hospitality as he never said any welcoming words. On the way to our room we realised that we made a huge mistake as the dirt in the corridors was indescribable and unfortunately the smell of food such as fry macro and variety of off soup we’re almost shocking us; never mind that when I entered the room I realised that the room itself was worst than the corridors, when tried to get a shower the shower was broken which was fixed but the toilet flush wasn’t working properly and I did have to fill 10 litres of water bottle and use it to flush the toilet. This also was reported but for four days we were there no one did fixed the issue. In the morning we miss the breakfast but when we went to the snack bar it become clear to us why there was bad smell in the corridor as the staff were frying everything in a black oil, the tables and food areas were disgusting. Food at the snack bar is disgusting and not safe to eat. Nobody from the hotels chefs follow food hygiene guidelines and checked the temperature of the hot dishes during my stay! Kitchen staff did not speak any different languages like English. There is no description of the food nobody knows what they eating! No information about food allergy! The hotel description is 4 stars but did not meet the criteria for 2 stars! I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone if you looking all inclusive hotel in Sunny Beach!

Absolutely shocking hotel ! More like a minus 2 stars ! Our first room on the 5th floor had an ants nest , broken shower and full of mold spoke to the reception staff to see if this could be sorted and was laughed at by the arrogant staff , requested to speak to the manager who was lovely and as we had a baby we got moved the following morning , how ever the second room was no better , filthy towels , moldy filthy bath , the bath wouldn’t drain any water out so the maintenance man had to come sort it which he did , water ran out yellow from the shower and the taps . broken air con , baby cot with screws hanging out , the rooms were never cleaned and when asked if our room could be cleaned it was only the bin that got emptied clean bedding placed on the bed for us to change our selfs and the floor never hooverd or mopped , the toilet was leaking all the time so when entering the bathroom or in the shower you had to wear shoes on your feet , the breakfast was shocking so we ate out every morning which wasn’t an issue , the place needs nocking down and rebuilding , our baby was woken up from 2-4 times a night with the drunken people in the pool and the outside bar till early hours of the morning , it defo isn’t a family hotel and defo isn’t 3/4 stars , would highly recommend you don’t stay here , there is plenty more nicer hotels dotted around for the same price you pay here , we met some lovely couples staying there and that is the only positive bit about our holiday . Bulgaria is a lovely place and will visit again will just avoid ivana palace at all costs
