Lovely hotel, clean and well kempt. However because we were end of season we were made to feel exactly that. Certain drinks had run out not to be replaced, even Coke, Tia Maria, Baileys which were supposed to be available. The beach bar closed by the end of the week even though it was part of what should have been available as part of the package. The food was the same day in day out and what wasn’t eaten at breakfast was put out for the evening meal. None of it was hot and the fish was extremely over cooked and then reheated. Have to say the salads were beautiful. There was no knowledge of food allergies or dietary requirements when the staff were asked and the manager was totally clueless. The restaurant needs a total rethink before the next season as it lets down an otherwise lovely hotel. There should also be the same services available from start to finish of the season as advertised. Unfortunately I wouldn’t go back

Fantastic hotel. Spotlessly clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. Old Nessebar was beautiful. Came late in the year so a couple of things to do were closed however it was our choice to come late so nobody’s fault. Thank you to everyone who made our holiday so great. Also the food was delicious.

Very clean hotel , lovely rooms , right on beach with free sunbeds . Only complaint food could have been a bit better , however managed to find something to satisfy us . Staff also very pleasant and handled any slight queries we had efficiently . Would defo go again

Have just returned from our holiday at bilyana beech hotel our room was lovely as was the pool area and beech was very clean and modern looking hotel victoria spa was perfect would definitely recommend this spa.the housemaids kept our room lovely every day very polite and always spoke each morning however not all staff were as friendly the bar staff seemed very rude and didn't interact at all which we found very disappointed with the restaurant food was very poor as well the same food day in day not much flavour in our opinion and never hot just warm we have never complained while on holiday before but we did this time we explained our issues with our holiday rep was so looking forward to our holiday pity it didn't reach our expectations.

Hôtel très calme car pas d'enfants seulement à partir de 16 ans.chambre grande beaucoup de rangement propre ,le frigidaire contenait de la boisson et si il manquait un soda il était remplacé, bouteille d'eau renouvelée. Petite animation le soir.le reproche que je dirais c'est que la nourriture n'était pas assez chaude.les cocktails étaient délicieux surtout la pina colada et les sprits.Proche de Nessebar on peut se rendre à pied une demi heure environ. La mer était proche transats gratuits et toujours disponibles.

Our stay was pleasant , well situated with beach nearby but the food wasn’t the greatest, not much variety and always cold. The staff was very pleasant, our chamber maid on 4 th floor always smiling and aiming to please. but one girl at the bar at restaurant couldn’t crack a smile. Not much animation ….music and dance , bingo thru the week. Shopping nearby with a 5 minute taxi or bus ride to Nesebar. Overall… vacation with friends was our highlight and our 10 day stay was pleasant .

Hotel sauber Personal unfreundlich Mittagessen, Abendessen immer kalt,Gegenüber Behinderten nicht hilfsbereit Rollstuhlfahrerin musste jedesmal sich einen Freien Tisch suchen .Morgens um 7uhr30.alkohol. Jedenfalls nie mehr Bulgarien

Je recommande cet hotel avec un bord de plage direct, une superbe puscine au calme et des animatipns au top. La chambre spacieuse avec la climatisation. Grand lit et possibilité de mettre le téléphone sur la télé. cadre superde. Merci à la bulgarie.

Lovely hotel right on beach with free sun beds,great choice of food.staff lovely also you get 2 bottles of water every day and drinks in fridge replaced if used.Free safe and air conditioner and there’s an ironing room in corridor’s.Bars and restaurants near by and 15 minutes to Nessebar old town which is beautiful you get beach towels but they are a bit small
