„Normales“ Stadthotel mit kleinen Zimmern. Alle frisch renoviert. Alles sehr nett gestaltet, sauber und ruhig. Was braucht man mehr? Restaurants und das Einkaufszentrum der Stadt direkt neben an. Parken in der eigenen Garage möglich.

Mein Sohn (17) und ich waren in diesem Hotel. Das Hotel hat uns gut gefallen, besonders wegen der strategisch günstigen Lage zum Deutsche Bank Park in Frankfurt. Dort besuchten wir ein Konzert und erreichten dies problemlos innerhalb weniger Minuten mit dem Taxi.

Room was a nice size but room was very hot and air conditioning unit was mainly putting out hot air despite being on the coolest setting. Mattress seemed very thin as well. Overall services nice and general cleanliness very good.

Nice hotel in the center of Neu-Isenburg. Close to shopping, restaurants etc. Hotel has an ‘airline’ theme and is very cozy. Staff super friendly. Bed suited me fine. Breakfast was good with lots of options. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Das hotelpersonal ignoriert stundenlang das telefon weil es anscheinend besseres zu tun hat!als ausrede schreibt man das man abends mit check in beschaeftigt war und sich gar nicht erklaeren kann das zwischen 17.30-19.30.niemand ans telefon ging! Auch bei dem reservierungsservice der hotelgruppe versuchte man vergebens das haus zu erreichen! Dann wird man per mail belehrt dss es besser waere ueber einen drittanbieter zu reservieren da die reservierung dann sicher bestaetigt wuerde...anscheinend ist es nicht mehr zeitgemaess am telefon zu reservieren!! Wenn man mit den ausreden des unverschaemten hotelmanagers nicht einverstanden ist wird man als agressiv bezeichnet! Weiters schlaegt einem dieser unverschaemte angestellte vor in zukunft ein anderes hotel aufzusuchen! Solche leute sollten nicht in der hotelbranche arbeiten!! DIESES HAUS KANN MAN WIRKLICH NICHT EMPFEHLEN!!!
