Staff is friendly but the room is bit small. Location is bit far from the sighting seeing points. Nice building and vibes though

Highly recommend this hotel! The room and all facilities are very clean and stylish. Drinks from the minibar are free and the bathroom is very spacious. The service attitude of the front desk staff was very good and they were willing to help us solve various problems. The hotel is in a good location, only about a 3-minute walk from the metro. There is a supermarket nearby, and you can also walk to the Arc de Triomphe in 15-20 minutes. The hotel's breakfast is also very rich and the restaurant is beautiful. All in all, I really like this hotel. If I come to Paris again, I will definitely stay there again.

We were very well received and the room was perfect, large, quiet and overlooking a magnificent garden, which is rare in Paris! The hearty breakfast with good, crispy pastries... everything was perfect, we will come back, that's for sure.

We went to the room at 3 o'clock on the same day, but the staff said that we were not clean enough to ask us to sit down and wait. We arrived at the room at about 4 o'clock. But the hotel as a whole is clean and convenient, there is a supermarket next to it.

Undortunately we were asked to leave the room at 1 am on the morning because our from was supposed to be given to another guests .. we had to move our stuff ourselves .. after a 6 hours driving form Germany .. will not pay for this service avoid this hotel

This property is lovely! The decor, staff and sleep quality were excellent. I stayed 4 nights and found the location quiet and with quality beds and pillows, lovely bathroom and modern amenities while maintaining a higher end boutique hotel feel in a property with history. It felt French, if that's a thing! The breakfast room is light and bright with nice offerings, including some hot items. The garden area was lovely except for the usual cigarette smoke from some patrons. There are some nice restaurants nearby, including Terzo Ristorante and Le Marly. I'd love to return to this property. I'd classify it as romantic.

We went on a business trip but extended to a weekend so business/couples. This is a pretty hotel, it's quiet, clean, the bed is comfortable, bathroom products excellent, staff are helpful and friendly But... It felt more like a place for a single person doing business. Our room was so small we could hardly pass each other. The cupboard only big enough for one of us to unpack, desk was tiny with a small, uncomfortable stool so not easy for work and only one side of the bed had a table adjacent, so nowhere for water, phone, etc. We looked to upgrade but the larger room only had the advantage of space. The small, sparse furniture was identical. Returning in the late afternoon for a cup of tea was hopeless. Only one teabag in the room and no milk to be had anywhere in the hotel, not even the usual sachet type in the room. It really is B and B only. Downstairs there is a pretty garden which must be nice in the summer, but the 'lounge' is a corridor reminiscent of an airport lounge. Our conference was nearby so the hotel was convenient and near the metro to go into central Paris but I wouldn't recommend it for a couples stay

Skip this hotel. There are so many other choices. Major construction around. Most customer unfriendly service during our 2week stay in France. Only one night check in personel that refused to help (?not sure why he works there) but would not give us his name and would not contact the manager for us. Pretended not to speak English until I started to video him. Happy to share video upon request! Video is worth more than a thousand words. Was a first for us.

Very quiet hotel despite its central location, its relative proximity to the ARC de Triomphe, and the Champs Elysées. Select neighborhood and Metro next door. Friendly and helpful staff. Interesting price if you book in advance. It's worth it .

Excellent Hotel, very comfortable bedding, sumptuous setting! the bathroom is very cozy, I loved the products used. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious and the staff took great care.

since the end of Covid, I have been coming back regularly to this welcoming and comfortable boutique hotel, well located just a stone's throw from the metro. The staff is attentive, the bed is cozy and the breakfast is healthy.

Wonderful weekend in Paris in this beautiful hotel. Adorable and very efficient welcome. Very caring staff. Spotless room and very pleasant bed. Excellent breakfast and view of a nest of greenery. Very easy bus and metro lines to visit Paris. Excellent value. To do again!!

Magnificent hotel with a very charming garden, great for a “Parisian” hotel. Hotel close to the metro, very practical because line 1 allowed us to visit the Louvre, the Champs Élysée, the marshes and even the Bois de Vincennes without even having to change lines. A caring team, I will come back without hesitation!!!!

Nous venons de séjourner 2 nuits à l'hôtel Le 5 à Neuilly Sur Seine. Nous avons dîné au restaurant de l'hôtel La Casetta le premier soir et avons pris nos petits - déjeuners à l'hôtel. Nos commentaires sont les suivants : 1) Points positifs : - la localisation dans une rue très tranquille de Neuilly Sur Seine et tout près de la station de métro Sablons et de commerces et autres restaurants - la taille humaine de cet établissement - la décoration soignée et très chaleureuse - un jardin très agréable durant la belle saison - la politesse et la courtoisie de la plupart du personnel notamment au restaurant - les petits - déjeuners avec du choix même si tous les produits ne sont pas faits sur place 2) Points à revoir : - chambre dite de luxe plutôt petite, avec très peu de rangements obligeant ainsi à laisser des vêtements dans la valise + décoration et ameublement minimaliste pas digne d'un hôtel 4 étoiles - restaurant : cuisine nouvelle mode avec très peu de choix pour le vin au verre - taxis : nous avions garé notre véhicule au parking du terminal 1 de l'aéroport Charles de Gaulle et avons effectué le trajet jusqu'à l'hôtel en taxi officiel (G7) pour le prix de 54 €. Pour le retour, nous avons demandé à la réception de bien vouloir appeler un taxi. Surprise une fois montés dans le taxi : au compteur était déjà affiché un prix forfaitaire, semblerait - il négocié avec l'hôtel selon le chauffeur, de 72 € soit + 33% ....Nous n'avions pas été prévenus par l'hôtel. - enfin, une impression générale très étrange : la plus grande partie du personnel de cet établissement semble "de passage".... avec une expérience professionnelle pour le moins réduite. Conclusion selon nous : pour un court séjour professionnel, cet hôtel peut convenir. Pour un séjour privé, nous ne le conseillerons pas.
