Me cobraron distinto a lo que figuraba en la carta. Tome un licuado que estaba en $3000 en la carta, voy todas las semanas con mis amigas y cuando pedí la factura me cobraron $5100, y pusieron jugo de naranja, Me quejé con el mozo que no era el mismo que nos había atendido y me dijo que habían aumentado los precios. Le dije que actualizaran la carta. Es un desastre. Tuve que pasar un mal momento y pagué $5100. Increíble

En General estaba todo bien en el hotel. El hotel es un poco viejo por lo que requiere mantenimiento; particularmente la calefacción hidráulica de la habitación hacia mucho ruido

Atención excelente. Instalaciones muy buenas. Los salones son ideales. El servicio de coffe en tiempo y forma y de calidad. La predisposición e los empleados para allá atención es realmente admirable. El único punto no tan positivo es el estacionamiento para llegar

Siempre que vengo a Neuquén por trabajo me hospedo en el hotel , la atención es buena, siempre todo limpio y ordenado, camas cómodas y buena servicio en general por parte de todos sus empleados, los chicos de recepción siempre dispuestos y amables. ……………………….

Viaje por cuestiones laborales y la empresa nos alojó acá; el desayuno es excelente; muy variado, muchas cosas ricas. La ubicación es en pleno centro. La habitación amplia y muy limpia. La atención de todo el personal es muy amigable. Muy bueno todo!
