Wir waren über den Jahreswechsel im Hotel. Das Personal sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Schon lange nicht so einen sehr guten Service in Deutschland erlebt. Die Küche nach wie vor sehr gut.

Sehr geehrte Mitarbeiter, wir haben schon viele Male am Silvesterprogramm teilgenommen. Jetzt haben wir einige Kritiken. Einschecken wird immer problematischer- große Wartezeiten. Programm immer dürftiger. Silvesterbuffet (u.a. andere Buffets) sehr eingeschränkt von Auswahl und Menge - nicht 5-Sterne . Wartezeiten zum Abendessen trotz 2-Zeiten "FDGB Regel" (Für 5 Sterne und Preis sind wir deutlich anderes gewohnt). Auch fehlende Accessoires im Bad (Wattestäbchen,Waschlappen , Hotel-Badeschuhe u.a.) gehören dazu. Absenken der Wassertemperatur im Sole (Aussen-) -bereich geht gar nicht!. Von einigen Gästen im Wellnessbereich konnte man ähnliche Kritiken hören. Neuruppinkalender 2025 haben wir ebenfalls vermisst.

Ein rundum gelungener Kurzurlaub. Weg vom Alltag, rein ins Wellnessvergnügen. Das Hotel setzt sehr auf Qualität, welches man am Personal und den Mitarbeitenden feststellen kann. - Der Restaurantleiter erfragt persönlich das Wohlbefinden an jedem Tisch während der Essenszeiten. Der genutzte Spa-Bereich mit Massagen ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Auch Sonderwünsche werden gern erfüllt. Einzig die Anzahl der Liegen im Thermenbereich könnten erhöht werden. Hier wird es bei hoher Auslastung recht schnell sehr voll und man erhält nicht immer eine Liege zum Ausspannen.

Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt, das Essen genossen und in der Therme entspannt. Das Resort ist sehr ruhig gelegen und liegt direkt am See. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Alles sehr schön aber Thermeneintritt überteuert. Das Bistro ist nicht zu empfehlen. A la Carte Bestellungen wären besser, da es dann frisch ist.
