The hotel is on the outskirts of Neuss, close to many office buildings. Great service from the staff.

Nice hotel with delicious breakfast buffet. Wonderful service. But the room that I stayed could be better. There were some low frequency noises in the sleeping room. Might be the radiator or elevator?

The structure is new and well looked after. The service of the staff is kind and professional. The breakfast is really excellent, there is a lot of choice and everything was chosen with care and extreme attention to the customer. It was the first time I stayed in this facility and I was given a welcome accommodation beyond my expectations with a larger than average room, super spacious and equipped with every comfort. Although slightly far from the airport, the structure is 15 minutes from the center of Burgplatz which I recommend visiting especially during the Christmas period with a small typical market.
