Premium Activehotel Bergkönig

Nous avons passé une semaine complète à l’Activehotel, et ce fut un vrai bonheur. Nous avons eu un petit souci à l’arrivée, et la gérante l’a immédiatement réglé avec une grande gentillesse. Toutes les équipes se montrent attentives, aimables et très professionnelles. Que ce soit au superbe restaurant, dans les cuisines ou pour le nettoyage des chambres, le service est impeccable ! Le restaurant, en plus d’offrir une vue spectaculaire, propose une cuisine délicieuse ! Le buffet du petit déjeuner est varié et généreux, avec un choix impressionnant de mets sucrés et salés. Les dîners sont un véritable régal. Chaque soir, un grand buffet de salades et crudités est suivi d’une entrée, d’une soupe, d’un plat principal de type « bistronomique » et d’un dessert de chef. Le menu change quotidiennement avec beaucoup de créativité, et les plats s’adaptent aux allergies ou régimes végétariens. La carte des vins au verre est parfaitement choisie : j’en ai goûté quatre (deux blancs, un rosé et un rouge), et à chaque fois, c’était excellent, ce qui est rare ! L’espace piscine / détente / wellness est à couper le souffle. La piscine extérieure, chauffée, offre une vue imprenable sur les montagnes, et la grande piscine intérieure est magnifique. De nombreuses salles de repos, plusieurs spas, une salle de sport et des salles de massages complètent cet espace de rêve. En plus, l’hôtel nous a fourni la Stubai Super Card, qui permet d’accéder gratuitement aux transports en commun, téléphériques, et offre des réductions dans certains musées, ainsi que des activités quotidiennes comme des balades en vélo électrique et des randonnées. La région est splendide en toute saison, avec des chemins de randonnée partout, toujours très bien balisés. Chaque fois que l’on lève les yeux, on se sent au paradis. On repart avec une seule envie : y revenir encore plus longtemps !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour sportif mais aussi reposant grâce aux belles installations de l’hôtel (piscine, spa, …) Mention spéciale pour la nourriture qui est variée et bien cuisinée (en tant que français nous l’avons particulièrement appréciée ).

Hotel consigliatissimo per tanti motivi: - posizione strategica , a due passi dal piccolo centro, dall'impianto di risalita e da tanti sentieri che portano nelle splendide montagne della zona; - camera accogliente e spaziosa - ottima cucina, sia a colazione, che a merenda, che a cena - cordialità e disponibilità del personale - zona benessere molto grande e bella: solarium, piscine, saune, tutto molto curato. Torneremo sicuramente!

Superb hotel where everything is done for rest. All the staff are charming and available. The half board is quality...the breakfast is very generous... The rooms are very clean and well equipped. The relaxation area is just incredible...2 heated swimming pools...sauna...rest area... Ski and nature lovers will find in this hotel the perfect place to regain strength.

3 days to enjoy... there's not much to say about the hotel... simply TOP... but much more and more important is the staff/team... SENSATIONAL... we are away regularly and like to spend a few days there... and you just want to enjoy yourself... we were able to do that there in every respect. The service, the friendliness, it just couldn't be better. Great!

I spent a week with my partner and my 16-year-old son at the Activehotel Bergkönig. The welcome was very friendly, as was all the staff during our stay, whether it was reception, service or cleaning staff. The food was always excellent, the breakfast buffet was plentiful and beautifully presented and of high quality with egg dishes made to order. The snacks were outstanding, especially the Sunday snack. You could also tap your own drinks. Dinner consisted of a lovely salad buffet, a starter, a soup, main course and dessert. Everything was beautifully presented and very tasty. You can choose from 3 menus, one of which is vegetarian, and we also offer an alternative menu every day. The whole hotel was impressive in terms of cleanliness, wherever you looked, it was always sparkling clean. The spa is spacious, the highlight is definitely the outdoor pool, which could perhaps be 1-2 degrees warmer, otherwise beautiful with changing lighting. The saunas are lovely and spacious. I particularly liked the Finnish outdoor sauna. What I particularly appreciated as a smoker was that there was no obligatory round red ashtray on the wall like in other hotels, but that there was a nice smoking area outside with a table and towel, a bench with cushions, so that you felt welcome as a smoker, which is no longer a given these days. Possible suggestions for improvement: Nowadays it would be desirable to offer an option to charge an electric car (also for a fee), which could be used without additional special cables (high voltage connection). I find it inappropriate that people linger at the snack buffet in their bathrobes and not worthy of a four-star hotel.

We stayed for 4 days and can highly recommend the hotel. Everything was very clean, the food excellent, the wellness area very good, the rooms very large. We would especially like to mention Dominik, a waiter like you would wish for! If I had a hotel I would definitely try to lure him away. Always attentive and you can feel the flair that you want as a guest, really great!! Flora is also worth mentioning, always there for all requests and looked after us very well. We wish the hotel continued success, which is ultimately only possible with such staff. Best wishes from Switzerland (family with celery allergy😄)
