Cappadocia feels like a tourist trap. Don't get me wrong, it is a wonderful tourist destination, but after awhile it seems that way...a trap: high prices, crowds of tourists, dozens of cars, and a few (surprisingly) hawkers. All this is still (for now) not enough to kill the feeling of amazement with the region. A lot want to go with the crowds and do exactly the same things. If you are one of those, probably you may not fully appreciate this quaint house-made-a-hotel. The place is superb in so many aspects. It is far from (but close enough to) the I-must-do-it-because-my-social-media-friend-did-it action. It is very quiet, friendly and comfortable. The owners are extremely hospitable and warm. The experience they give you is of a home not a hotel. The rooms are very clean with wonderfully comfortable beds. And they are cool during the heat of the summer. Add to it extremely well served breakfast with extraordinary coffee and you know this is THE place. Make sure you arrive here at night to be impressed for life with the place. Almost forgot. If booked in advance, this is the deal you do not want to miss.

We had a really comfortable stay at Lunas Cappadocia! Mr. Kerim and his brother were so kind, attentive, communicative, and honest. We greatly appreciated the accommodations made for allowing us to leave bags before check-in/after check-out. He kindly checked tour prices for us, made recommendations, called taxis, etc. The hotel is a bit far but still within walking distance (15-20 minutes) from main attractions in Uchisar. The area is really quiet and relaxing, and the locals are friendly. The room was cozy and sufficient for our needs. Breakfast was good, and the view of the Uchisar castle, though far, is beautiful. We highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a quiet stay and attentive customer service!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Horrid hotel with thieving employees. Several medications were stole when we were on an excursion. The meds could only be accessed by employees who did not return them resulting in a cost of $245 for replacement meds and doctors appointment. When I complained to the manager who repeatedly said “No problem” to which I assured him it was a problem. There was NO SAFE in the room as pictured for meds and passport. The room would be less than a 1 star in the US. Most things in the room were either broken (bath fan, bath shelf, radiator, etc), missing (safe), wrong scale (lighting),etc. The staff would see us waiting in the lobby for assistance and ignore us standing out front the door smoking. Their English suddenly became almost zero when a problem occurred. RUN, DON’T STAY HERE.

The host is super warm and always welcome with a smile. It was quite late at night while we were searching for some wine options with snacks; we stumbled upon La Vie rooftop. We got Turkish wine with fresh potato chips and many varieties of dry fruits. It was chilly and the owner was kind enough to provide us some rugs to keep ourselves warm. He had given us some souvenirs too. I would highly recommend this place if you are staying at Uchisar. I think they have great accommodation too (we were not staying here but looking at the arrangements it might be worth a try).

We recently enjoyed another exceptional 3-day stay at this remarkable hotel. The suites are exquisitely designed, and the breakfast remains unparalleled in Turkey (this being my sixth visit). The vistas from every part of the hotel are truly breathtaking. The staff's kindness and dedication are exceptional. Mustafa at the front desk provided extraordinary service, acting as our trip planner, navigator, and restaurant guide. He even shared his personal contact number and remained in touch with us outside of his working hours. His generosity was evident when he personally prepared food for us after the kitchen had closed, ensuring we were not left hungry.He would ask us about our stay and make sure that everything was fine whenever we passed by the reception. It was wonderful of him to make you feel like a special guest. Special thanks also go to Mr. Funkier and Mr. Dugsh for their outstanding assistance. Metin who is the manager there answered all our questions over email even before we got there. And he continued to patiently explained how we can maximize our time there when we finally checked in. The hotel is beautifully designed and you have everything you need to make your stay memorable from the comfortable and clean rooms to the nourishing breakfasts and the beautiful designs. It was also a great location to all the top tourist sites and amazing restaurants!
One distinct feature of Terra Cave is that the room we stayed in was indeed a cave room carved into the hill!

Came across this hotel through a random search, but must say it was a very successful search. The place is really well managed, the staff is really good and the way they treat the customers is commendable. We had a room on the bottom floor which was nice. Well connected to the main areas, within walking distance from all the main areas. The breakfast was great, views of the hot air balloons were worth every penny and the stay was amazing. If in Goreme, please do visit them.

The location is a bit of a walk from the downtown area. However, it is very close to the bus stop, so transportation is convenient.
The service is generally satisfactory. It was clean and the room was very warm. However, the shower was slightly broken. Other than that I am very satisfied. Next time I come to Goreme, I want to come again.

incredible views,incredible hotel staff -especially the chef receptionist,buse,she's the best always.-,incredible events and one of a kind experience for me. the people are very helpful,the food are just incredible,the physical condition of the hotel and rooms just perfect,you can watch the hot-air balloons on roof of the hotel on early-mornings and i can say it's just surreal. i highly -very very highly- recommend the place and i hope i will come there again!

I sincerely believe that it has been the best or one of the best stays of my life. The people at the hotel have been very, very charming at all times and have always helped us with anything. The facilities are great. The hotel is super cosy and they make you feel at home. The breakfast is spectacular, super tasty everything. Also, the cleaning and customer service is a 10. You find your room impeccable every day. The truth is that we could not have chosen better. No doubt, if we come again, we will come back here. I want to emphasize that all the people who work in this hotel have always taken care of us and looked after us at all times. Really, this hotel, as the name says, gives you peace ✨

GGuest UserWe really enjoyed our stay, the hotel’s location is convenient for traveling, shopping and restaurants, the breakfast was amazing, great quality food and service. We liked the swimming pool , gym and sauna too. The room was comfortable and clean. We’ve got some help from the reception when needed a taxi to go to the museum and also we had late check out at 2 pm, it was very nice. Highly recommend this hotel!

GGuest UserMy husband and I visited Cappadocia as part of our honeymoon travels. The staff were all very friendly. Burak and Serendiz were helpful with everything from the time we arrived. They ensured we were comfortable and all our needs were met - they provided outstanding customer service! Upon our arrival we were welcomed with breakfast and were given a room to freshen up in whilst the room we booked was being prepared since we had arrived earlier than expected, this was a really nice gesture that we very much appreciated. Not only were Receptions extremely kind, they treated us as though we were their good friends which made our stay even better! I highly recommend Love Bells Cappadocia to all those who want to experience staying in a cave - the rooms are amazing! We had the honour of staying in two different rooms, one was the Afrodit room which has a pool in it. Unfortunately we didn't take any pictures in there we only have videos. However we also stayed in the Helen Room and you can see some pictures of the room attached. The detail of the carvings in the cave are fascinating! We are very happy with the service we received including the amazing breakfast which we really enjoyed during our stay. Thank you to all the staff and a special thanks to Burak and Serendiz. Additionally, the location of the hotel is good as it is around a 5-10 minute drive away from Göreme centre. We will definitely be recommending Love Bells to our friends and family.

MMila AWe were in October, the weather was already cold. How nice was it to come into your cosy room after the day of walk, and when the evening was freezing. The rooms are very spacious, there is everything necessary. Clean, neat, comfortable and silence - this was our room. The staff is welcome. We stayed very happy. And wifi is great!
