I received the wrong Hotel information about a bug issue. This hotel was actually good. The service was good and the staff was wonderful. I have notified the correct hotel of the issue they have. The bed did not seem comfortable to us, the air was not cold and the shower location was totally uncomfortable.

Great stay here with friends. Lots of room in a double Queen with a couch, desk, and small kitchen area. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. Sink area is separate from shower and toilet room. Nice feature when several people are trying to get ready at the same time. Location was very convenient to shopping, restaurants, I-35, and the town of Gruene.

I went to the New Braunfels historic district to visit the Grouse Ballroom and stayed here. The hotel is generally good, the environment is average, the water in the room is small, and it is inconvenient to wash.
