These rooms didn’t have a micro wave or a fridge. this room had roaches and I quickly noticed that it had roaches and asked for a refund. The manager quickly agreed but I was not surely on my way because getting the refund was a pain in the ass because the manager was not there to oversee the final verdict and put the ok in the computer so that they can give me my money back which I wanted back that night but had to wait the 3-5 business’s days it takes. They wanted to give me nothing in writing just there word that they would refund me and my security deposit. I have to say the guy who was working named pyrule was very kind and had great patience he dealt with me great and I have to commend there staff for how it was on doing business with me so tho I had obstacles the customer service is friendly and nice and they are trying to do the best that they can. But no one wants to sleep with bugs
