Great to stay in this place . Close for every things and so clean , have great stuff Mr Abdullah and soliman and all . New electronic inside, quite street.

You have to bring your own toothbrush and everything, because it is a B&B, but the owner is very hospitable and the staff will help you carry your luggage. The overall environment is okay. Because I customize oil, I have a special car to pick me up. You have to consider the transportation. It may not be very convenient here.

After 13 hours in a plane without hotel reservation it was the first that come over to my trip, I just try it and I don’t regret even one single cent that it cost! Staff extra friendly, always attentive to the kids, just imagine that you flight 13 hours with two kids and then the manager of the hotel give you a free buffet breakfast! Yeah that’s what Mohamed Khattab did!the whole hotel extra clean, the room as they show in the pictures confortable, the pool was amazing…. In general this is a hotel that I’ll recommend to anyone that wants to have a really relaxing family time!

I came to Egypt in a hurry and found a local B&B in Hongshu for a few minutes. I didn't expect that the experience was surprisingly good. I often travel for business, and what I value most is cleanliness and peace of mind, and I have it all here. Because it happened to be just opened, the products, towels, etc. are all very new and clean. The decoration is also clean and spacious, not cramped. It is comfortable to live in. It is not like living in other countries where I often have to worry about water problems and network problems. , the electricity problem is very worry-free here, and I feel beautiful during my stay for a few days. Moreover, the dishes, noodles, and noodles are delicious, and the people are all very nice, considerate, and warm. If you have any questions, just shout on WeChat and they will come to help you solve it right away, so you don’t have to worry about not being able to find someone. Another particularly good thing is that the location here is very good. In New Cairo, transportation is very convenient. It is only 20 minutes away from the airport. There is also a pick-up service. If we have urgent matters and need to return to the airport to change tickets, it can be easily solved because it is close. , don’t be in a hurry. All in all, it's a very comfortable stay. If you can't make up your mind or don't want to keep looking, you can come here. It's not easy to get into trouble.

It was my first time staying here. I saw the high ratings online and decided to try it out. It was worth the trip. The boss was very friendly and responsive. He answered my phone call in one second and listened to my requests patiently. I have to give him a thumbs up. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was soft and comfortable, the room had good lighting, and it was very quiet. It was also very convenient to take a taxi around. It was very close to the airport. The hotel was actually better looking than the photos. The layout was very reasonable and the facilities were very new. The sanitation was very clean, and the hotel management was very good. It was very quiet at night, and the pillows were especially comfortable. I slept well all night. The boss was very reliable. He replied in seconds every time I contacted him. I could also eat Chinese food made by the boss himself, which was very authentic and healthy. It soothed the Chinese stomach and made me feel the warmth of my family in a foreign country. If I hadn't followed the tour group later, I really wanted to stay here all the time. It is the first choice for Chinese people traveling in Cairo and I will buy this hotel again.

Rooms are always clean and perfect . Soft pillows . Big bed and soft bed set . Bathroom and towels nice and enough . Hotel take care of the details . Stuff fast and friendly . Amazing breakfast . Lovely restaurants sushi and steak. . Amazing place always coming and always happy .

The room is spacious and clean, the owner is warm and hospitable, you can eat satisfying Chinese food, and it is very close to the airport, which can be reached in more than 20 minutes. When staying here, we also rented a car for a day. The driver, Brother Qiang, has superb driving skills and is patient and meticulous. He took us to many places and took good care of us, which brought our trip to a perfect end. On the last day, he also sent us to the airport in advance according to our request. It is really the best choice for Chinese people to stay in Cairo. I will definitely stay here again when I go to Egypt.

Staying at Le Meridian was very convenient and comfortable for our long layover. The food was great and staying in the club room is definitely worth it.

I love Hilton and tend to stay at them due to status but this one my goodness. The hotel looks so  nice on the inside you arrive go in the Lobby and its like wow but  the outside look especially  by the pool area looks terrible. The only good service we had at this Hilton was Martina Naeim whom  emailed us before coming to this Hilton she helped by accommodationing  us with early check in. The check in desk isn't really traditional  its just common deskz which throws you off.  Ola was our  front desk person and she waa great and  helpful she  explained the policy and procedures as we checked in early from the airport, dropped our luggage in our room and went for an excursion for the day. We got back around 3pm and went to the pool area. As soon as we got to the pool area some man with a life guard shirt started asking us about a $1 stated we owed money and to pay our bill.  We just back got to the hotel after our day excursion and we  were only here for one day so we were supper confused and this interaction and the man never came  back so it left a sour taste. Next  after this experience we wanted beer from the pool bar which for some reason  the bar was out of most of there beers. We did get one and hung out by the pool area but 20 mins after getting our beer the bartender  comes with a check stating he is closing in 20 mins so we asked for another one which he got one and we signed the checked. We thought that the area must close soon. It started getting loud in the pool area due too 2 weddings in the area.   Well 30 mins after the bartender  brought out the 2nd beer this  same bartender walked  back and forth asking if we wanted another beer. We assumed he be closed by now since he told us he be closed 30 mins prior so we were definitely not gonna order another one as we were upset that he lied and then the pacing back and forth was not very pleasing. Plus the noise from both parties began  to make it unbearable  to be outside. Definitely don't get a room facing the pool this was terrible.  Two  weddings were going on outside and the pool area was not relaxing so went to our room. This was even worse the noise from both parties made the room vibrate and was so loud, it was very hard to get sleep.  The good about this place was the lobby which is gorgeous, the beds were super comfortable and I loved having the complimentary airport shuttle to the airport every hour.  But this is not Hilton I suggest. No shuttle service from airport, no complimentary breakfest bags(we had early flights so didn't get to enjoy breakfast), and no happy hour deals. Not a place I would come back to. Hope they come back with Hilton standards.

Best hotel I have ever stayed in my life , never had such level of service , there are worker everywhere and people ready to help you with a smile ever time you turn your head , the restaurants and the food was just amazing , i fell in love and if ever in cairo thats where I will stay ❤️❤️❤️
