All was very good except that a mouse ran across my feet when we were about to have dinner at the garden restaurant!

Very pleasant hotel, it was amazing in everything except you need a car as it is quite far from public transportation

After 13 hours in a plane without hotel reservation it was the first that come over to my trip, I just try it and I don’t regret even one single cent that it cost! Staff extra friendly, always attentive to the kids, just imagine that you flight 13 hours with two kids and then the manager of the hotel give you a free buffet breakfast! Yeah that’s what Mohamed Khattab did!the whole hotel extra clean, the room as they show in the pictures confortable, the pool was amazing…. In general this is a hotel that I’ll recommend to anyone that wants to have a really relaxing family time!

Good hotel

Giving lower rate for the location is just because of the road construction happening there. Otherwise i enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

Everything is good , my fligh is late at nigh i ask for late check out , but they refuse i ask to pay for that but they refuse , so i make booking for 1 day but i just use the room for 4hours and half Then meet friend there he ask for late check out same of my request but they accept with him , but with us no So dont like this thing spefial have women and baby

I have stayed here many times. The transportation is convenient. It is quite good. The service attitude is good. The environment is beautiful. The restaurant is suitable for Chinese stomachs. However, the room rate is a little expensive. It would be better if there were more discounts.

I want to say that after staying in a hotel for so many years, this is the first hotel I want to write a negative review for! 1. The hotel was under maintenance on the day of check-in, and the lobby was in a mess. It was not at all like a hotel that costs more than 2,000 a night. 2. The room does not look like the picture introduction at all, it smells musty! 3. I stayed for 6 or 7 days in a row. On two days, I didn’t even put towels or bath towels away. The service staff must have forgotten! 4. You need to wait 1 hour for the speed of Room Service! 5. One day our room was flooded due to a leak in the toilet. Fortunately, no damage was caused. When the hotel called to sincerely apologize, it was just a sincere attitude! The overall service is terrible! 6. The sound insulation effect of the room is poor, and the footsteps upstairs are non-stop when sleeping at night! 7. There is no paper on the table in the room! The tables in the restaurant are not even equipped. Every time you need a napkin after eating, you have to ask the waiter for it! I simply don’t understand it! 8. The air outlet of the air conditioner is actually facing people. When turning it up or down, it is always facing the bed. There is still abnormal noise at night! I also admire that I turned the air conditioner on and off in the middle of the night and it actually lasted 6 days! 9. The only thing is that the outdoor swimming pool is beautiful but it is closed after 7pm. In short, it is too inconsistent with the price! The consumption level in Egypt is not high, and staying in a hotel at this price is not what it feels like in the world! I hope the star rating will be re-evaluated and consumers will not be misled!

The room is generally clean, the decoration is not too old, and the swimming pool is quite clean (new water will be refilled soon). You can arrange a room facing the swimming pool as requested, which is brighter and more comfortable. The breakfast buffet has many categories and the products are good. The staff at the omelette stall are friendly and will not be impatient (they are very willing to put down cheese and toppings). The staff can communicate in English well, and free pick-up and drop-off services can be arranged when staying at the hotel. Locals like to hold parties and weddings at the hotel, which shows that it has a good reputation. Disadvantages: The water pressure in the room is not enough, and there is only a shower head that cannot be removed. The flushing pressure of the toilet is not enough, it takes 3-4 times to flush it clean, and the buttons are a bit out of order. It would be better if the room ventilation system is better or there is a light aromatherapy.

This was my first time going to Egypt, and I didn’t have high expectations for Egypt. But this hotel can be said to be amazing, whether it is the room, facilities, service, food, etc., it is almost impeccable. Definitely recommended. The hotel also provides free airport shuttle service! Like a few👍
