Stayed here for a short trip with friends, hotel is beautiful but not near shops or city center. Inside is absolutely lovely.

Price is too expensive compare to the facilities and services provided .

We've arrived before check-in time and waited for about an hour till we got the room ready. The receptionists were either dumb or newbies because they asked for Egyptian ID AND our US passports AND our American marriage certificate, which is against the hotel policy for foreigners. I had to set them straight and didn't allow to put my marriage cert on file. We weren't escorted to our room (the hotel is really big), and we stumbled upon their supervisor on our way who helped us. We weren't asked to put a credit card on file for a deposit as usual (which is good for us, no complaints about that). These youngsters need to get some kind of training as it wasn't up to the hotel level. Lastly the room was clean and unfortunately I didn't get a chance to reward the cleaning staff as I haven't met him in the last day or know his name. I don't recommend this hotel for dual citizens. The hotel is also far from everything if you don't take Uber or have a car. The rooms are clean

The hotel is more business-oriented and large in all aspects. It has an underground parking lot for 25 pounds a night, which is suitable for people who drive themselves. There are no shops around. The breakfast is normal, and the freshly baked Arabic flatbread is delicious. The construction and decoration workmanship is of poor quality.

The hotel I booked for a business trip to Cairo is relatively quiet. It is convenient to charter a car to the airport if there is no traffic jam. It is also convenient to charter a car to the scenic spot.

A luxury hotel in New Cairo, with a huge lobby and security check at the entrance, it is quite safe. The room, bathroom and bed are all very large and quiet. There are various construction sites around, and it is dusty. There are quite high-end shopping and dining within a 10-minute walk. Transportation can only be done by car.

I booked for three days, but within an hour I wanted to change it to Monday and Tuesday, a total of two days plus Friday. The hotel agent said the hotel did not agree. Ctrip also said that black diamond customers can cancel for free. They are all scammers. In the end, the customer service lady was pretty good and gave me an extra 300 cash coupon. I still lost 1200.

The hotel has a good location, beautiful environment, clean rooms, good service attitude of the staff, convenient transportation and travel. I strongly recommend you to stay here.
