The check-in process was smooth, and the service was quick throughout my stay. The hotel is conveniently located near IGI Airport, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. The food was tasty, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, affordable, and comfortable stay in Delhi. I would definitely choose Hotel Urban Lion again!

I had the worst experience the hotel doesn’t seem like the way it is shown in the picture the room are very small. And the wall are all broken and bedsheet smells so bad .. worst experience

I have had a bad experience. Their breakfast is literally street food. I have asked to give towels to us. After telling 5 times they gave us just 1 towel

unswept floor, unwiped side tables, dirty bed with short hair all over it, doors are unable to lock and they do not give keycard, so u can't leave ur room. phone doesn't work. toilet bowl stained. booked a room that promised city view. 0 view 0 window. pictures are completely misleading. do not book. im really not picky, but it's so bad to the point that i would leave if i didn't check in at 1am.

Not far from metro station Aerocity (15-20 minutes on foot) that is next station to the airport. But the area outside looks dodgy. Could be a bit difficult to find the place because Google Maps doesn’t know that hotel (look for nearby Hotel Ambrosia). The dinner (included in price) was really delicious. Had no chance to try breakfast due to early check out.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The property is completely different from the photos shown in the listing. The pictures make it look like a luxury hotel, but in reality the condition is very poor and misleading. The cleanliness was terrible. The bedsheets were torn, pillowcases were dirty, and proper towels were not provided. Even the floor towel was extremely dirty and unacceptable. The overall hygiene standards were far below what is acceptable for any hotel. The facilities and services were also very disappointing. The restaurant and common areas did not match the photos shown online. Everything looked much older and poorly maintained. I strongly believe the listing photos are misleading and do not represent the actual property. I had to cancel my stay early because the conditions were unacceptable. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Please be very careful before booking.
