We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. We were pretty shocked by their cleanliness level in the rooms. When we checked in at night after a long flight, there were no toilet rolls, no towels and no hot water. The linens and blankets were dusty and looks like they have not changed the sheets for some time. We were very mad and requested for a new room with all the above amenities provided. They changed us to another room after that with the same level of cleanliness. On top of that, they do not respect guests privacy here. Even though we put the do not disturb sign on, the housekeeping guys will still enter the room or knock on the doors several times. Me and my husband was almost interrupted everyday. Even after we say do not clean the room, they will still enter. So please be safe with your valuables. Their safe doesn’t work well as well.

The hotel staff were kind. The hotel is very close to the train station which is a perk. The only downside to the hotel was area. I would not recommend it if you are “only women” staying in this area.

The location is excellent, in front of New Delhi Station and at the entrance to the main bazaar. Nearby tourist attractions are also close by. This is not a resort, but is only for those who want to experience the main bazaar and the old town. The room, breakfast, etc. are good value for money. The staff were also pleasant, and the guard at the entrance was especially kind. One thing I regret is that I exchanged money at the front desk, believing that the exchange rate was good. The next day, the nearby currency exchange was much better. What a shame.

Overall, it was good. The breakfast also felt old. However, as with Dongne Hotel, you should take into account that it is an old building.

The rooms looked a little tired & were in need of some TLC The bathroom in particular, whilst clean was showing its age, with the chrome work very tarnished. On a plus, the bed was very comfortable & breakfast was decent.

We went for my parents visa purposes and the location is so convenient and accessible. Hotel staff is very friendly and upon checking in when we mentioned the room is cold for my aged parents, they promptly brought in a room heater. Breakfast is good with limited options. Over all a good experience.

Poorly managed property. If you have to stay 1 night and don't have any other option, then you can stay else stay away. Expensive and no facilities.

The hotel in run down, and the bathroom and the toilet is together. When you have a shower the toilet gets wet and the entire bathroom floor is full of water and unsafe to walk on.I will never ever book this hotel again.

Went on a tour and stayed here afterwords. 3 nites. Best hotwater i had on whole trip. Very good food in restuarant. Good value for money. Room fine and good AC. Only negative no frig.

The staff was genuinely friendly and very helpful. If I asked for something they addressed it right away. I enjoyed the food, the breakfast was great and the room service food I ordered was excellent and very affordable. The wifi was a bit rough, some days better than others. The area around the hotel was very rugged. Challenging to walk around and very crowded but I enjoyed it as it's very unique. Overall I enjoyed my stay there and would stay there again.

Bathroom needs to be updated, but for a 3 star acceptable.

I didnt expect so much, but quality of hotel is accepable. Hot shower, hair dryer, and clean bed are available. They have Security guard so, the point made me feel safe. However I want user of hotel to be careful of themselves around the hotel. It's not good Security.

The hotel location is close to the station and the middle of everything, suited for my trip.
